Fast Delivery. Damaged goods
Items arrived very quickly. Look fantastic on first glance until realising they arrived damaged. Could’ve been damaged upon delivery although the item does have surface rust on said damaged area indicating that the damage was done prior to delivery

Not professional at all - be cautious
I purchased roof rails from here ordered online and no track . When I email an automated response that we are on leave and will respond . The estimated delivery while ordering was 2-3 days .
When I call the number it goes to mailbox and can’t connect to anyone .
For me had to raise a dispute with bank and marked as a fraud or scam .
Be aware of these situations .

Firstly, the business was closed from 24th December through to the 5th of January. As you mentioned in your review above, you would have received an automated response to tell you this. We also had a note on the top of the website stating when orders would be fulfilled, after the Christmas break.
The reason you couldn't get through to anyone on the phone was also because the business was closed during this time.
After checking our records we can see that the team has responded to you, and has arranged to collect the item you ordered.

I received a amazing service from GBT- especially from Jordan there was a minor error with the wrong part being sent but as soon as I addressed the error it was solved within hours

Considerably good quality for its price
Quick dispatched and gave me extra discount. Happy with the material considerably good quality for it's price as I purchased the after market side steps. Bit concern about bracket might get rust.
