We are eternally grateful to Emma and her whole team of incredible tutors for the care, kindness and support they have given our little girl throughout her 11+ journey. ❤️
They have been so much more than just tutors. They have supported her through what has been a really tough year, always showing patience, understanding and encouragement, while keeping everything fun, positive and lighthearted. Their calm and reassuring approach has made such a difference, helping her navigate the pressures of the 11+ without ever losing sight of the fact that she is still a little girl.

They have always encouraged her to believe in herself, reminded her of what she is capable of and helped build her confidence along the way. Knowing she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared about her, understood her and wanted the very best for her meant so much to us as parents.

The dedication, warmth and genuine care shown by every single tutor has been truly amazing, and we cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for her, not just academically but emotionally too.

Emma and her team have made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience so much more manageable, and we will always be grateful for the part they have played in her journey. We honestly couldn't have asked for a lovelier, more supportive team to guide her through this chapter.

We are so grateful for the help we received, Emma was so understanding and supportive from my first call and Jenny our tutor was amazing, so patient and really gave my son the support and confidence he needed. Would definitely recommend.

Emily made a huge difference with speed of marking and quantity covered. She was often marking practice questions within 24 hours leading up to the exams. It helped my son’s confidence and meant he was well prepared for the exams and as a result got very good grades. Thank you!

Thanks to my sons 1 to 1’s with Alice for his GCSE economics revision he went into his exam so much more confident. My daughter has just had her first 1:1 English Literature session with Emily, to help boost her understanding and confidence ahead of her GCSE’s as her confidence has taken a dip.

Primary GCSE Service is an excellent resource that transformed my daughter's predicted grade in math from a three to a six. Abigail is knowledgeable, engaging and patient. Our daughter has learned much from her, both in terms of English language and general knowledge. Across just 9 months, our daughter has gone from disliking English lessons to relishing and looking forward to them. Abigail quickly identifies knowledge gaps and through an enquiry based approach she guides and empowers her students thus bringing out the best in them. She has helped our daughter develop a sense of self belief which has, in turn, helped her in other subjects also. Emna, Abigail and the team are clearly passionate about what they do and it is so much more than just an English lesson.

From the start, we were given all the advise and support needed to prepare our grandaughter for the Kent and Dover girls grammer test. The 1 :1 support she received from her tutor Jess was well matched and the professional bond Jess had with our grandaughter i believe gave her the confidence to then be less fearful of the exams. When you are that shy child with low self esteem , Emma and Jess certainly believed in our grand daughter encouraging her each step of the way and fitting in with our busy work schedules . She passed and was so excited, which will hopefully set her up for the future. Thankyou so much for all the support.
