Nice team. Didn’t like the pos operation. No care about patients.

From the time made the initial enquiry, until the time I departed following treatment, I was looked after in every aspect of my treatment journey with total professionalism. My special thanks go to Mr Bech, the International Patient Coordinator for taking so much time in answering every one of my queries before I made the final decision to use GD Smile Studio, to responding to every question I raised during the initial treatment process in a very timely manner with total professionalism. I must also thank Mr Berat for chauffeuring me back and forth to the Clinic. Last but by no means least, my sincere thanks to Dr Ahmet Nuri Cesmeci, the doctor/dental surgeon who carried out my initial treatment including the necessary extractions and the placement of my titanium implants. Obviously a hugely experienced and excellent practitioner. The accommodation provided as part of the service was of an excellent quality. If you are considering such a journey in the future, I recommend GD Smile Studio without hesitation.

From the start of my experience with GD smile. Was fantastic. I was picked up at the airport by a Mr Berat who was my driver. Who took me to the hotel i was staying at. The hotel was fantastic and very welcoming. The next day Mr Berat took me to the clinic. Where I got to meet Dr Ahmet Nuri Cesmeci. Who welcomed me as well as the staff. . I had xrays done Have my teeth taken out was all done so so well not very much pain. I then had my implants done . No pain there. After this I had painkillers to take. All the time the staff were very helpful with me. I was then taken back to the hotel by Mr Berat. The next day I was picked up from the hotel by Mr Berat to the clinic. To have my temporary teeth fitted. After all of this I could go back to the hotel. But all the time the staff were being very very friendly and helpful with me as well as Dr Banu Arsoy being ever so helpful in what she was doing. The next day I was picked up from the hotel by Mr Berat to go back to the clinic. I then had the temporary teeth that I have got now and they look fantastic thanks all the staff at GD smile. See you in July.

After an awful experience with another dental practice in Istanbul GD smile helped me through a real tough time . Their care , support and empathy towards my awful situation was simply amazing .Their ability to listen and respond promptly with no language barrier gave me the reassurance I needed . Had a great experience with the team in Kayseri from the vip welcome at the airport nothing was too much trouble . Customer service is outstanding and the dental work and materials are excellent . Hoping to to complete the work in Istanbul and very hopeful for a perfect final outcome

We truly appreciate the kind approach of all the staff. All the services were five star quality and everything was fully explained to us before the procedures. We would like to give a very good review especially to the translator and international representative Bech who was very patient with us and kind. The clinic really helped us in this dire situation and saved our holidays.
