I have been a customer of GDT since 2018 and am very happy with their products and their excellent service.
I pay a little extra for courier delivery and my orders have always arrived complete and quickly.
Whenever I have had a question, their response has been personal, quick and helpful - special thanks to Alona!
I am glad to see their product range growing - it is an indication of their hard work and deserved success.

Good products but becoming expensive
The products are good, I have no complaints. However, there has been increments in prices constantly. Since all the products are clones, there is no R&D investment, so I don't understand the increments. They were a good option for the price, back then. If the prices are similar to the original brands, I don't see the attractive. I have been client since their beginning and I don't feel like my loyalty is appreciated

fractured Ball Abutment
2 months for arrival. Ball abutment of 1 mm cuff fractured on torquing. Very difficult appointment . It seemed to be a soft metal or defective metal.
*After this event, GDT reached out and told me this has never happened to them before. They were worried and offered to replace the broken Abutment. I will modify the review because they seem willing to solve the problem.
