Seamless experience from start to finish, arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Item showed as "in stock". 2 weeks later no tracking updates. Item has not even left the country of origin. Called support guy who took my email address and promised to check up on the order. No follow up. Called new support person the next day and she sympathized with my situation and explained the last guy hadn't entered any notes on system. She promised to email me later. No word back from her either!! Almost 2 weeks now and no item, no tracking updates and zero support follow up. Very poor service overall. I could not recommend this service to anyone.

Very Fast delivery but I was surprised the guitar arrived to Ireland in one piece as it came in a standard guitar cardboard box which was in a larger G4M box that had no padding or cushioning to stop the guitar from moving around inside the larger box, but luckily it arrived in one piece and there was no damage to the outer package.

I ordered a starter guitar and bag for my son aswell as some picks. The ordering process was very easy, delivery was quick. Unfortunately the zip on the bag broke after one use, I emailed Customer Service (Ainur) and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Would recommend ordering from here, the guitar and picks were exactly as described and the customer care was excellent.

I needed some advice regarding which speakers to buy for a Nord piano. My husband recently passed away and I wanted to set everything up for my children to use it. Xavier in customer service was very kind and patient with me and really helped. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

I liked the fast delivery but there were no instructions included to assist me in assembling the clarinet. Otherwise, very pleased overall.
