I'm 75 years old, so using this site and similar sites isn't terribly intuitive for me. But they got back to me in a timely fashion with every question I had.
Once they received my equipment, they upgraded a couple of lenses and a camera body from "Excellent" to "Like New," which is what I thought might be the case, but since they weren't actually new, I did not want to claim.
I got a notice when they received my package (for which they had sent me a prepaid label), and I got a notice when funds had been transferred to my bank account.
If you are a younger person than I, you may want to select gear credit rather than payment. My conclusion is that these are folks that you can do business with, and it beats trying to unload stuff on PoshMark or other platforms!

Great experience - good prices and easy transactions
I had a great experience selling and buying. The amount I received was more than I was offered at other companies. Communication was great, the quote came in super quickly, and it was easy to ship my lens and receive money. I've also purchased a lens from GearBridge, which arrived super quickly and in great shape. Can recommend giving this company a go!
