GearBubble allows pro-russian extremist Jackson Hinkle to sell "Thank you Wagner" shirts on their site. According to GearBubble customer service, "Hinkle is a private seller so there is nothing they can do."

PMC Wagner is a russian private military (mercenary) corporation, that is responsible for countless acts of terrorism and war crimes in Ukraine.

Jackson Hinkle´s account at GearBubble is now suspended. However, it was suspended and" re-activated once before, so I´ll keep monitoring the situation.

Worst experience with an online company. I have contacted them at least 5 times in the last two days trying to find a solution for not being able to upload or create new products on their site. I've explained to them that I have tried, different browsers I've cleared the cache. I have logged out and then logged in. I've turned off my computer. I have tried everything I can think of to reset their site. I've told them this, and I've sent pictures, but still, they respond with - they don't understand what I am talking about. They won't acknowledge that there is even a problem because it works on their end. They seem not to understand what I am saying. In their responses, they change my words around. And offer no solutions. Nor do they seem to care about solving the problem. So, if I can't upload my images, then I can't create products, and I can't transfer the product to sell on Etsy. I would NOT recommend Gearbubble.

Very unique gift and fast shipping..

I've ordered several items and have enjoyed receiving them within 14 days. The products are great and the last shirt I purchased is being worn by one of my family members. Thanks for the great customer service and products.

I wanted to dropship using there platform and I set it all up started designing products etc I then got a notification saying payment failed which is fine I went onto the gearbubble website signed in and tried to change my eBay dropshipping subscription to a lower priced one and cancel the higher price one. They took my money for the lower price one but didn't give me the eBay dropshipping access I had paid for and still carried on trying to take nearly £80+ out of my bank for the subscription I had canceled I contacted them which got me nowhere and there still trying to take my money now without my consent which is fraud! I either want a refund or I'm going to my bank and reporting you as fraudulent activity as this is unacceptable and could have been sorted ages ago I'm gutted as I really did want to use this platform but now I don't trust it's a real site maybe they scam UK people and not usa and that's how they get good reviews I don't know but something ain't right
I've emailed again but I know they won't sort it

I have come to trust that they will always do their absolute best to make sure they deliver quality in every area of product production and customer service. I highly recommend working with them.

Gearbubble products have been a quick and easy way to do business. I have done their cups and t-shirts and my customers as well as I have enjoyed the products and their quality.

I have been waiting for near on three months for my item that I have paid for. I have sent at leaste five requests for help to track the item. I have sent emails to the legal department asking for help to no avail. I have not had any responce since I asked for my money back. I do not sugest that anybody buy anthing from them, as they do not care about their customers ounce you have paid your money. Gearbubble starff are welcome to responed to this.

I always have wonderful service from this company. The mugs are beautifully made and shipped very fast! I love their products and their service.

so far purchasing a few times only once did it go ok. first time masks arrived so late over a month.next time got a mug which was ok. next a mug that hasnt arrived yet; this was a horrible process from payment, support, tracking, manufacturing location was poor choice,

Product is really cool. It looked and worked just like described. Product arrived timely. My daughters will love it when they get it for Christmas.

I have bought 4 mugs from them and everyone was great and everybody loved them.

This vendor is in violation of CAN-SPAN Act by not offering opt-out request. Don’t purchase anything from this vendor. Test them by either calling or emailing customer service, I doubt you’ll get any reply. Ck the reviews and complaints with BBB.org who give them “F” rating.
