Very poor quality plants
I ordered dahlia bulbs and perrenials in your sale on 4th May. Order number 74347. They arrived promptly and I unpacked them the next day. The dahlies were potted up and are growing well.
The toad lilies, aqueligia Nora Barlow and the gypsophilia were meant to come in 9cm pots but came bare rooted in bags of compost. I potted them on on 5th May and put them on my greenhouse to start them off but they have proved very disappointing. The gypsophilia are growing slowly but the others are very poor and not growing at all. I have written to you by email with a screenshot of the plants to complain but not received a reply yet.
It’s very disappointing as I’ve never had bad service before

I am pleased that we managed to catch up over the phone on Friday to discuss your order and that our email had been found in your junk folder.
As discussed the bareroot had been supplied correctly, although we do also sell some of these varieties as plants your order was for Bareroot. As bareroot take a little time to establish and your order has only been with you just over a week, we are hopeful that in another couple of weeks or so's time they have begun showing signs of growth. At the moment it is way to early for anything to be showing as of yet.
As discussed if you are still unsatisfied over the coming weeks, please feel free to get back in touch and we can have another look at things for you but I am confident that you will have similar success to us here at Gee-Tee.

Parcel lost by couriers , Gee Tee bulbs sorted new parcel of bulbs asap and delivered within 2 days...excellent service. Bulbs well labelled and well packaged and are good quality bulbs.. Thank you

The Dahlias and Crinum were in good…
The Dahlias and Crinum were in good condition . Unfortunately the courier lost the parcel , but the lady at GT was very helpful and ensured the order was delivered the next day . Very happy with this service .

After placing our order we were kept…
After placing our order we were kept informed of the progress of the order and when it was dispatched and who and when it would arrive.
The order arrived on time and were very impressed with the way it was packaged. All bulbs and plants arrived in perfect condition. Some came with instructions for planting but would appreciate more information re planting tubers.
Definitely will be using them again.

Gee Tee Bulbs, as reliable as ever.I was a little worried as the delivery…
I was a little worried as the delivery people contacted
me to say my delivery would be delayed by a day or two. However my fears were unfounded as when my plants were delivered a little bit late they were packed so carefully and so well and were of such a high standard that everything arrived in perfect condition.
They are now thriving in my garden.

Fantastic customer service a very helpful and followed up on delivery issue with the courier who were attempting delivery to wrong location. Prompt reply to email requesting help and kept well informed throughout resolving issue.
