Sehr unseriös! FiFA20 bestellt, die nie ankam. Der Anbieter verspricht schnelle Lieferzeiten, die sie nicht einhält. Direkt nach der Bestellung kam eine Mail, in der stand, dass sie aufgrund von hoher Nachfrage die Lieferzeit nicht einhalten kann. Stornierungsversuche blieben erfolglos. Nach 4 Wochen ist die Ware immer noch nicht da und das Geld auch nicht zurücküberwiesen. Der Kundenkontakt hält einen nur hin und es kommen Rückmeldungen wie, dass man geduldig sein soll oder sich so nicht anstellen soll...

Ist eine Masche von der Seite, schnelle Lieferung zu versprechen und anschliessend nachdem sie das Geld haben die Leute warten zu lassen.

Unbedingt Finger von dem Anbieter lassen.

They send you defective crap in the mail. They will easily give you a refund for your first few orders for defective crap. Then out of the blue they flag your account and refuse to listen to you or issue refunds. So less than 50% of the stuff arrives and then if it is broken or defective that's on the buyer! Nice typical Chinese dickaround!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! My good friend who is black, wanted Afrocentric theme for her daughters bathroom. Boom, found easily. I looked for Latino or Hispanic theme, frida and skulls. So I politely asked if they had more variaty. They repeated to me what I had already said, frida n skulls only. I WAS TOLD TO SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! My friend is no longer buying and I'm utterly disappointed!!!!! What if I was Cuban or Puerto Rican or Colombia! THEY DONT DO FRIDA! Then I see all these poor reviews. How are y'all even still open for business??? unprofessional to say the LEAST!!! Racist, ya I'd say so. IGNORANT? HELL YESSSS

Dont deliver on time and sometimes you order they take money and dont send the items .

I order a shower curtain. The package had shower curtain on it but inside was a mat. I email the company explaining what happened. The first person tried to say I paid for the mat not shower curtain. Then the next person I emailed said according to the tracking system the item was delivered. I then again explain what came was different from the label. I haven’t heard from anyone since then. Don’t order nothing from this company garbage......

On August 26 went to Best Buy to set up and pay for installation of a new dish washer and gas stove and an appoint was set up for Sept.13
Called this whole week to confirm the installation and was told there was no appointment for installation set up.....!All week have been trying to find out what happen with the appoint all I got run around.Being put on hold for over 1/2 hr.no respond from manager and everyone cover up their mistake.The person that made the appointment even told me I would need by that date a new hookup set for both appliances.Make sure you get all the representative sales and the Geek name .I feel accused of lying

Good morning. I am not happy at all.

I have informed GEEK support (affiliated to WISH) that I have not received order number VR098769651YP on the 12th of August 2019. I have not signed, nor has the Maintenance man who will have received it and given the package to me.The security of the complex I live in,is very secure in such a manner,that no entrance can be gained to any residents ,except if any person outside the building called the person living in the complex on a cell phone to gain access to the unit.

Please send me proof of my signature, alternatively, re fund me OR post the same article as I ordered.

I ordered an Ohio State shower curtain from these guys. If I had googled their location and reviews beforehand I probably would not have. Why does China have Ohio State stuff anyway???

It took 8 days before I received a tracking number telling me my shipment was on it's way. This was a "company" tracking number that didn't work. I assumed it wasn't loaded on a plane, train, boat or gondola yet.

After 11 days I googled their reviews and said to myself "well Mark there goes your $19.99!" I decided to send them an email and they responded with a fed-ex tracking number. I said "Aw I might be one of the lucky ones who actually receives their stuff."

My shower curtain did arrive about 3 weeks from my order date looking just like the picture. So overall i'm pleased with the product itself....I'll probably stick with Amazon from now on though!

Ordered from them, within 24 hours my credit union flagged the purchase as fraudulent, so I had to clear that up.
One week after my products were received I had a fraudulent charge to my bank account for a purchase I never authorized. The purchase was from the Middle East or Africa.
I had to cancel my cards report the fraud while on vacation with my family.
This purchase so far been an awful experience that I plan to pursue legally.
Do not risk it. The charges were from CashU which if you google will have the keywords Trustpilot, fully geeked associated together.

Thief's. Do not deal with these frauds. I bought Office suite and every 2 months the prodect code expires. Each call gets the same response. Its expired and you need to buy a new code. Twice those bums corruped my operating system and wanted money to repair. I reinstalled and called for the product code and they corrupted the system because I wouldn't pay them again for a product I had already bought and paid for. Save your money. Criminals like that crew should be in jail.

Ordered and never received a confirmation. Asked for one and was sent a tracking number saying item was delivered in California. I live in. We México. In reading other reviews seems as though this is an ongoing problem with this co. I advise you don’t order from them if you live in the US. You won’t see your product or your money.

cuidado con esta página yo compré una incubadora de huevos que valía 25 € después de pagar me llegó el pedido y el cartero me pedía 31 € más, lo peor que no me daban ningún tipo de solución y si no pagaba los 31 € perdía los 25 que ya pague. Al final me acabo costando 56 € una cosa que ellos me dijeron que valía 25 no volveré a pedir nada esa página y por supuesto la borré de mi teléfono.

I would give zero stars if I could. Several orders I have made with Geek several months back have not arrived. Customer service is awful, almost completely automated with no real option to input my own text, rather i'm forced to choose one of their predetermined responses. Typically they just offer to refund an undelivered product, but there is no accounting for the colossal waste of the customer's time and good faith. Most recently I attempted to get a refund for an undelivered order and the Geek robot told me the refund window for my item had expired, through no fault of mine! There is NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Then they offered the refund in geek cash which is useless if the orders never arrive. Be forewarned, do not use Geek/Wish.

Very disappointed. Ordered an item 3 months ago, told me I couldn't get a refund until June 7th. Once June 7th got here they said," oh it's to late for a refund. We can give you Geek bucks." No! I want my money back!

I had been a regular geek customer for quite a few years but lately, seems like their customer service is like SXXX.
Recently ordered 2 PCs of supposed to be xiaomi band 3 fitness tracker as advertised on 23 Apr. and was very happy when the item arrived on 2 May. On opening the package, I noticed that the item delivered were not Xiaomi brand (as advertised). The item came with a simple manual that even tell u that u cannot wear it in your bath! Xiaomi trackers supposed to have IP67 water resistance. Worst of all, one of them cannot be charged and can't work at all.
Since my payment was through PayPal, I wrote to them and geek customer support at the same time.
Seems like PayPal procedures are not so straightforward, I approached geek again through their customer support and was told that they will do a refund if I cancel the dispute with PayPal so that they could process the refund faster (within 3 days) but since I cancelled my dispute to PayPal, the response from geek also stopped.
I was fooled for listening to them for canceling the dispute with PayPal. As soon as I had cancelled the dispute with PayPal, the response from geek stopped totally.

Disappointed and sad that such an entity like geek resorts to such unscrupulous and underhand tactic!.

No more purchases from geek!!!
