I don’t give a 🥵about this stupid website after you don’t have an option when you like and want to return an item, then you have to pay for shipping again. 🤮this company !! IThen they send you to robots so you can only answer to their robotics questions without options, it’s only to their convenience on their options. So yeah they might be cheap, but wait to shipping and returns. So be realistic it’s the same as shopping at the locals like michaels or Walmart or any other craft shop. Think about it?????

I'm a customer for long time in the pass I ordered a lot staff son staff is coming broken and I put complaint and geek refund me money. Today is coming 1 staff I ordered and the item is no the want I ordered I put a complaint and the automatic sisten tell me the no can't refund me money I'm very asset because is no same staff I ordered

Consegne oltre il limite di 11 giorni, qualita scadente ,assistenza inesistente, e oltre tutto non c'è verso di chiedere un rimborso, con l'aggravante che ti dicono che sei inaffidabile e se vuoi tornare di nuovo ad esserlo anche se non ti arriva nulla non devi protestare

salve a tutti...
per mia disgrazia sono capitato in questo sito...sono stato attratto da alcune proposte allettanti dove, con una spesa di solo 2 euro (comprensive di spese di spedizioni), potevo concorrere ad una specie di sorteggio per alcuni prodotti....in caso di mancato sorteggio questo famoso portale mi avrebbe restituito la somma anticipata. Il rimborso sarebbe avvenuto attraverso la restituzione della somma versata sulla carta di credito prepagata o tramite un buono sul geek cash...Pensando che sarebbe stato il metodo piu' veloce ho accettato il buono del geek cash. Quando ho controllato il Geek Cash mi sono accorto che su sei proposte di rimborso che dovevo aspettarmi ne ho solo ricevute tre per un importo di sei euro.. Ho scritto per due volte all'assistenza clienti, spiegando l'accaduto, ma ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto nessuna risposta.

Acquistato un trapano arrivata una punta. Nel dettaglio dell' ordine erano presenti queste indicazioni.

L assistenza non riesce a trovare numero di tracciamento perché ho cestinato busta di arrivo e non può fare nulla.

Customer service is BS..Then even when THEY screw up and ship wrong item They want you to pay return shipping and not be compensated for it....WISH & GEEK are complete ( stuff that comes out bulls butt)*******.Atleast aliexpress or ebay has descent quality and somewhat fast responses.

The service is OK, but the product is a disaster, the airpod are too big for ears and they keep falling out. Even the China ones are better.

Schnäpchen Preise wurden unbegründet stoniert. Rückerstattung bekommen aber Versandkosten habeb die Trotzdem eingesteck.
Ich denke man muss mal mit denen die Juristische Sprache reden.

Absoluter Betrug
auf Nachfrage wo meine Bestellung bleibt, wurde mir geantwortet der Hermes Paket Bote hätte das Paket verloren und das neue Paket
würde selbstverständlich ankommen.
Ich habe am 13.10.20 Wäre bestellt und bis heute nichts erhalten und auf weitere Nachfrage herrscht das Schweigen im Walde !!!
Und das Geld ist auch futsch ....
Für mich ist das Abzocke und Betrug

First I purchase a tablet it arrived so scratched up you couldn't even see the screen. it's a brand never heard of before there are no Bluetooth capabilities the speaker Jack is broken and there are no internal speakers so there's no audio on it at all it says is this weird version of Android that you can't update so none of the apps work from playstore. Have been trying to contact customer service for over three months now I've sent probably 30 emails to them no one ever responds back that's just horrible customer service I even sent pictures of the damaged product and I did everything that website told me to do and they wouldn't even contact me back the second thing that I ordered was a solar charger it had three months to ship out so I waited until the date they would consider it actually late because it was about to expose their shipping date I wish for 3 months past the date that I ordered the product. I report missing package because it never came and now says too late to request refund. so basically I was ripped off they never even sent me the second item. and so now I go on their website and I had a report that it's never shown up and there's too much time has passed. If you dig further their refunds are joke too because all they will do is refund money to geekcash you can use to buy another useless or broken product if they even send items all. They will never return your money at this company is A complete scam I don't understand how how people are getting away with this.

MI è stato consegnato solo n.1 articolo ( l'omaggio oltretutto inutile) e l'articolo più importante e motivo dell'ordine mai arrivato.

I bought an electronic item it arrived broken you can only get in touch via a chat thing to complain and they basically fob you off constantly.
So they just steal your money give you crap avoid at all costs and never use you may spend a few more ponds elsewhere but at least you’ll have good working products for your money.

No response from customer service. Pretty much just threw away my money!
