Made a hasty order and after realised that there was another item I would have liked to have ordered. Messages to ask if he could combine items in one postage cost and he kindly agreed, received both items and had one of the postage costs refunded. Will definitely be ordering from again in the future. Thanks so much, I’ve got one happy young man with the items I managed to get.

Happy first time customer
First time buying but I shall certainly be back for my Loungefly fix. Prices comparable to other sites - though I got under a great offer, they had running. Well packaged. Quick delivery - and given holiday period it was a surprise. Very pleased with purchase and service.

Hi Natalie, the box we posted was our royal mail small parcel size, which fitted your item and is the smallest, also after your numerous messages at midnight to 1am replied as your pokemon tin was just tight to open, to which you replied you got opened, we have sold 1000s and never had an issue with these. Also the item you ordered is what you got, NO Miss leading here. Thank you for your custom.
Overall okay.
Good product, great price, slower delivery than expected. Having paid extra for the First Class service I had to wait 2 days for the item to be shipped which felt like a miss on behalf of the company.

Hi Andy, im sorry to see this, we did advertise we was closed Thursday and Friday on our socials and Google, all items ordered over that period was shipped Monday on next royal mail collection, thank you for your custom.
Excellent service and genuine products
We ordered 3 loungefly bags split over 2 orders. They arrived promptly and were packaged extremely well and the price I paid was very reasonable. I have already placed another order.
