Great to talk to Natalia, thank you very much,a very helpful and nice lady, excellent advices how to use Gemiini and that's what we parents need.,positive and goal oriented approach.

I’m beyond frustrated with Gemiini’s unethical practices. I signed up for a trial, canceled it before the period ended, and never even used the service. Yet, they still charged me, taking my money fast with zero hesitation. When I reached out, I initially got a response about a refund, but now they’ve gone silent, and I’m left waiting for my own money to be returned – money they had no right to take in the first place.

This feels like outright theft. If a company can pull funds so quickly, why does it take so long to refund when they’re in the wrong? Their lack of response only adds to the issue, leaving me with serious doubts about their integrity.

Anyone considering Gemiini, be aware of these shady practices. This isn’t how a reputable business should operate, and they need to do better.

The point is — You had no right to take my money – that’s outright theft! I don’t care if your resolution is to refund it. YOU TOOK THE MONEY even after I canceled the trial before it ended and didn’t even get a chance to use your service. Now you’re telling me to contact my bank to expedite a refund? This is a waste of my time, created by your shady and unreliable system. I’m not the only one who’s had this issue; others have reported the same experience, where money was taken after canceling. It makes me wonder how much you’ve taken from those too busy to notice.

Either your system is severely flawed and needs immediate improvement, or this is a deliberate tactic to take money from unsuspecting people. It’s truly disappointing – especially from a company meant to support children with special needs. It’s shameful to put parents through this, especially those who already have enough on their plate.

Lee was very helpful and informative with informing me how Gemini works and navigating me through the dashboard! Can’t wait to see how my son speech is improved and communication!

Jennifer was great. She was very knowledgable of the site and how to use of the Gemiini product. She asked questions to better know what type of learner my child is. So far I’m loving Gemiini it’s giving me some hope. They’re providing the tools and resources now I have to put them to use so that my son will start knocking out the goals I set for him.

Gemiini is a great program. The video modelling for speech and social skills is so helpful for my son. It’s also great having the regular consult calls to help keep us on track with using Gemiini and for support on using and navigating the program.

I just want to encourage Gemiini parents to trust, and to be proactive, in the process. Gemiini has been incredibly effective in helping our son catch up in his speech and language. About 5 months ago, our son was officially diagnosed with a speech and language delay. We couldn't find an SLP with availability at that time, but we were lucky enough to find Gemiini and start it right away. With our Gemiini coach's guidance, our son went from speaking just 1-2 words to now over 90 (particularly from learning the labels at our current Level 3). Well, a spot finally opened up 3 weeks ago, and we were able to start speech therapy, after having waited months. The SLP told us that his speech must have exploded because he is now age-appropriate and actually doesn't need to come in. Gemiini was our primary tool during those months of waiting, and we worked hard to tailor the videos to fit the learning style of our son. (Remember that for the learning to be most effective, we want to be involved beyond just the videos.) We are truly grateful for the program and our coach for helping our son reach beyond our expectations. Thank you, thank you.

As a first time mom with a son with a speech delay, Lori made me feel extremely comfortable and confident that this system would help out soon. She also pointed out some additional resources we could use to assist him other aspects such as potty training. I can’t wait to see his progress.

Janet was the one who called me, and from the beginning I noticed that she really wanted to help me. She was concerned about some problems I had with the payments, she was so into this that she suggested to ask their managers (or someone) to see if she can offer me something else that could help me out more and she called me again the next day with the good news… anyways she was lovely and really helpful :)

Hi the app is amazing for our son he is learning and retaining so much from it . With our councilor's help miss Lori we explore more areas of development and help him fill gaps through Geminii .

Patient, clear, and kind. Took the time to understand my child and explained how to alter the approach to his unique needs.

We used Gemiini for a short time in 2021 and had no issues. They sent through several free trial offers in August 2024 and we gave it another go. Ultimately we didn't find it useful so went through and cancelled, receiving an email from "Brad Brower" stating "if we do not hear from you before the next billing date we will cancel the subscription to avoid any further charges". They charged us anyway, do not respond via email and never answer the phone. Avoid.
Update: They have reached out via email to apologise for the mistake and said a refund is pending.

The caller was herself a mother of an autistic child so she could draw from her experience & help us in solving the issue. The idea of using videos to teach language is awesome as well.

We tried to cancel within the 7 day trial because our son wasn't finding it very engaging, we were told it would take 1 business day for the online cancellation to be finalised, we were thankful we cancelled at day 5. They then changed our credit card for the first month. Two weeks ago we sent in a complaint and we still haven't heard back

After the call with Rashida, I ended up with a better understanding of my kid's speaking difficulty and the mechanism behind it. It was a fantastic experience.
