Lori Gustafson helped me so much! She was able to show me so many tools and where to start to help my 3-yr-old who has echolalia and to help with learning pronouns and how to use puzzles to help learn. I now feel like I have a way better understanding of how to use the program to better help my son learn.

The support from Gemiini has been amazing till now. Just finished with a scheduled telephonic conversation with one of the System's support member and it was amazing. I had applied for a scholarship owing to my financial constraints and the same has been approved as well. My son seems to be responding well to the initial videos as he has tried to utter few sounds post watching them for just three days. Yesterday, my husband and I had our first phone consultation with Gemiini. We trialed the program for one of our children but were uncertain if we would be able to enroll our other 2 children on the spectrum. When I logged on and got on board I was veryyy very much excited but also confused about which level my son is at ,and to be honest was scared to scroll about and see what videos are available. Then something popped up saying....if u need help schedule a call and we can assist you. I scheduled a call put down a day and time which would suit me. The rest is History. I am soooo excited after the call I received today from a very friendly lady named Valerie it totally changed my whole understanding about Gemiini. Now I understand it better. The specialist was very helpful and clearly understood the issue we were having and led me through how to remedy the situation.

The support call is very useful. The specialist gave a tour of all the available resources and the videos recommended for a particular learning level in addition to the ones in the pyramid. It would have been otherwise hard for me to find out if I had not talked to the specialist.

Natalia Gardella was super helpful and was able to guide me on how and where to get started with my son who is an adult and nonverbal. I am excited to get to work with him and know that I can reach out at any time to Gemiini and get help and direction when I need it.

My son is almost 3 and non-verbal. Less than a week on Gemiini and he now knows more than his alphabet and numbers. He even started to mimic new words and a few actions. This is a huge improvement. Their specialist support (Shout out to Janette who is beyond amazing!) has been wonderful too.

Today I had a consultation on phone with Gemiini service. It was very good experience. All the information was in detailed and very easy to follow. It is much easier to understand than the information they have online. I highly recommend everyone to go for this free consultation to discuss your own child level before start the programme.
