Absolute customer delight- 3 sunglasses
It has been an absolute pleasure to be a customer. I ordered three sunglasses, one for myself (Burberry), one for my wife (Michael Kors) and one for my mother (Swarovski) in October 2024. All three were delivered seamlessly and in pristine condition. Original products when delivered with such promptness, care and personalisation, they last and the same is the story with the three sunglasses. They continue to remain in prime shape given the quality. Also reaching out to Gem team for any query is just a message away. Fantastic work, I stand as a very happy customer.

Excellent experience, great service.
Despite being hesitant because the ordering process was via WhatsApp, it turns out to be a very reliable company that delivers beautiful items very quickly.
Considering I live in Europe, it is even more special. GEM opticians made it a wonderful experience, with immediate responses to my questions and a terrific DHL Express delivery. Customs and clearance happened within just one day.
