Gendan Limited Avis 

My Alfa went into safe mode so I had two options, take it to a garage or get a diagnostic package. Bought the enthusiasts miltiECUscan kit from Gendan after phoning them. They were very helpful on the phone, it arrived quickly but as usual with anything operating on Microsoft software took a couple of calls/Emails to get it running. Again very helpful and got me running within an hour. Tool was brilliant, came with genuine ELM and K-Line interfaces (not dodgy Chinese copies) it diagnosed the fault and vis adjustments options ran a PDF Regen which fixed the problem. Very pleased. Would definitely use this company again.

I haven't try the tool yeat however my expierience with Gendan is very positive. Mega quick delivery with step by step order progress. I can trully recommend them as the company know how to make the business and treat customers right.

Its the timing of my interaction with Gendan that is so fulfilling.
Its the Xmas period and my ever faithful Audi Q7 which i have driven for 158 +K miles just wont start. I need a code reader with a high level of interaction .At this point its too late to hope Santa will bring me one! So at09.30 I phone Gendan less than 60 Seconds later i am speaking to a intelligent and positive young man-08.15 the next day(Saturday) the item is delivered. I do not believe that you can better that. Ps they even kept me informed on its progress. A very big thank you. Fault diagnosed and car working.

Bought from them sent me a obdlink Mx that no good on connection with the iPhone paid 130 pounds for it
called within 2 days of receiving item of the connection problem returned got the rma from them so I don’t understand what are they saying did not contact them before? Returned item charged me 10% restocking fees I also emailed obdlink in us they tried but not connection with iPhone
Disappointed with Gendal company and will not recommend this company also added lying did not contact them how did I get the RMA? How it’s not about the 13 pounds anymore it’s a disappointment

Yes, it could be classed as an expensive purchase, however when you put things into perspective it’s a value for money purchase. Hopefully your vehicle will be reliable and fault free but when it does go wrong it is possible to diagnose the fault simply and effectively with VCDS. You can diagnose accurately without resorting to diagnosis by parts replacement which is very expensive and time consuming. I’ve saved myself time and money in the first diagnostic I’ve carried out on my own vehicle so don’t delay if you have a VAG vehicle get VCDS.

A great company to deal with.
My wife bought a Fiat 500 and noticed the odometer mileage flashing. Turns out the previous owner had replaced
a faulty speedo but did not get a proxy alignment procedure done. After some internet research I discovered Gendan and used their website to purchase the equipment needed to fix my problem. Unsure of what parts I actually needed I filled out the help section form and I was advised what parts I needed to fix the problem. A special shout out to Mike West who offered great after sales support. I got the flashing odometer fixed and I now own the OBD reader and software in case it is needed for future faults. Still cheaper than going to a Fiat dealer for the fix.

Bought Multiecuscan for my Ducato and it’s an excellent bit of kit for the same cost as an hours labour at a Fiat main dealer! On top of that, the email updates after ordering were very entertaining…..🤣😂
