Absolute trash hiring process

Genpact loves to advertise itself as “one of the best companies to work for in the Philippines.” That claim is a joke.

I was hired mid-January, and up to now I still have no account, no start date, and no clear answers. Interviewers and recruiters don’t respond at all once they’re done with you. Total silence. No accountability. No professionalism.

Their onboarding process is a complete mess. If they can’t even manage basic communication before day one, that already says everything about how they treat people.

Even the security guards have attitude and are unapproachable, which shows how bad the work culture is from top to bottom.
This is hands down the worst company experience I’ve ever had. Don’t believe the awards, don’t believe the marketing. If you value your time and sanity, stay away and don’t waste a single minute here.

Went through the whole process of…

Went through the whole process of recruitment for Romania, got a confirmation to have passed everything after a verbal interview with 2 supervisors and a manager since November 2024 after communicating with the recruiter Ankit Shinde just to never hear back from them again as if they disappeared from earth even when contacting the recruiter, trash behavior and overal just trash

avoid them at all cost and don't provide your personal data

I have been reached on LinkedIn by multiple their "talent acquisition specialists". Uses the same email templates (InMails on linkedin) to ask a lot of personal questions without even providing job specs beforehand. Calls from a private number and still does not provide information about the job role they are recruiting without specifying a salary range. Never even send job description even after the call. Avoid at all cost. very unprofessional . Who knows what they do with your personal data after they gather information which they claim is for the job application. Sent me a multiple InMails with the exact same template - meaning they don't even know what they are doing internally. Once again, if you will be contacted by them - don't provide any personal information, as their job opportunities are probably scam.

Horrible environment in tolerable dirty…

Horrible environment in tolerable dirty management team doing illegally things no career opportunities in Genpact CEO is also not looking against the matters which is being raised or mailed by an employer side getting process but the bloody hell managers are not giving the process and telling continuously wrong things no one is high qualified nor hr nor the managers totally shameful for this behaviour

WORST COMPANY AND MANAGER BY THE NAME "FLO"!

WORST COMPANY!

I am working in Genpact Singapore. And the Manager name "FLO" have caused alot of distress in the Company.

More and more people living the company mainly because of the Dictatorship and micro managing. Only 10Mins toilet break given the whole day. And if you did take more then 10Mins, your performance and bonus will be affected.

FLO the manager will go around the floor and shout at anybody who speak with their colleague. Even if you just ask your colleague second opinion on the job so to avoid any mistake.

FLO, the reason on why even your TL's, SME and Agent are leaving to other company is because of you. You should be the one leaving the company.

Dear Sunil kindly take a look at our office in Singapore Genpact, it is really getting out of hand. So many of people leaving and you did not question why?

And we have reported the matter to MOM Singapore to take a look at current situation. I hope Genpact look into the matter Wisely.

Very good and outstanding people whom i know, left the company. It is such a waste!

Worst Leadership of "Jitesh Midha - VP"

As a Company, it is really good. But if you landed up in to a toxic leader like "Jitesh Midha", then it will become like a hell for you.

- Arrogant
- Egoistic
- Bad Commenting
- Always ready to spoil your career
- Makes mistake but never accepts them - I am always right
- Bossy behavior - Whatever i am saying, do that without a question..
- Likes slavery

One advice for management - i have lot of people left on a bad note because of him. And everytime, management saved him instead of valuable resources. Please fire him, he doesn't suit Genpact Culture..

Officially the worst company I worked with. Typical Indian enterprise with no work life balance and with a Bevis and Butthead behind the counter. Don't sign anything, check everything twice.
