The Gently Used Book Club Avis 

From the get go Pat was so friendly I love that you can say what you like and don't like i even sent a photo of my bookshelf to not get one I have (although you can return for a different one if you have) and boy did she nail it. I got a book id never heard of but if I saw it in the library or shop id have got it without reading the back. 10/10 nailed it. The book is like new i don't think its even been read. I love the free bookmark and the postcard. I can't wait to see what next month brings!

I ordered a poetry subscription for my husband's birthday and it's been an absolute joy.
Each month he receives a new collection of poetry through the post, and it's clear each time that so much care and consideration has gone in to the selection.
Before setting up the subscription with the Gently Used Book Club I'd arranged a subscription through a different book seller, which was a total shambles (for 3 months he was sent the exact same collection of poetry - one which i repeatedly informed the shop he already owned!). It was clear from the outset that Pat was going to be infinitely better! She asked for lots of information about the collection he already had, and what he was hoping for with the new books she'd send. Each month since then he has been utterly delighted with what has arrived - it's been absolutely brilliant. He's discovered new poets and some wonderful writing. Every book that has arrived has been in excellent condition too.
We are so happy with the service and heartily recommend The Gently Used Book Club.

I ordered the package of a book once a month for a friend's birthday. The Gently Used Book Club got me to give them an idea of what my friend was like and what she enjoyed reading. She was delighted with the selection and I definitely think she believed I spent a lot more on the present than I did. It was a great gift.

Pat made really thoughtful choices based on what books I’d told her I’d previously enjoyed. It was such a treat receiving such a beautifully wrapped selection each month. I will definitely be signing up again and it will make the perfect gift for friends!
