Purchased the Microsoft Office 2021…
After having difficulties downloading the license key from this purchase and no luck contacting the seller, I assumed this purchase was a scam. However, once Genuinelicencekey received my inquiries, they took the extra steps to send the Microsoft Office 2021 Home & Business license to me directly via email. Communication moving forward was quick and efficient. I'm pleased with the product and the purchase price. I have since edited my review of this purchase.

I have a message during activation…
I have a message during activation process. The message I got from Microsoft says “Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2012 sorry 2021”
“Activation Wizard”
“Your copy of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 cannot be activated because the specified product key has already been activated the maximum number of times permitted for your software license as specified in the Microsoft Software License Terms.
For details about the maximum allowed number of product activation click help and then search for Read the Microsoft Software License Terms. If you believe that you are getting this message in error click Back and choose the telephone option. The telephone activation option will provide you the opportunity to speak to a support representative about activation issues.”
I need either a proper Product Key or a refund of my money spent.

This is an update on the install done. For some reason Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021's “Activation Wizard” performed the Activation on its own without difficulty, allowing the software to be Activated. When checked again under the options "Change license" and "Enter product key instead" the Product Key issued was fully accepted without a conflict. I took a step further with a full uninstall of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 and Microsoft 365, reboot, and reinstall and the software Activated again ok. So I think that's it.
