I purchased the Adobe Acrobat XI pro license and it worked great, after I realized I needed to install the update with the link provided on the instruction page (my bad). I prefer this Adobe as it works best for my applications at work.

Microsoft downloads are unfriendly good luck
I bought this software download expecting everythig to go smoothly. Jokes on me. Nothing is easy. I needed
Win 10 on my laptop. I have Win 8.1. First I had to have a microsoft account. I didn;t want a microsoft account. OK. I'm going to download it from Microsoft because these links aren't working. I download in from Microsoft only I have to use a mediacreationtool.
Ok, I down load that only it stop loading at 46%. OK, do a little research drivers have to be up to date. OK get the drivers up to date. OK, now it goes past 46% and then nothing, aren't supposed to download?
No indication. Wait and wait, nothing so I reload the tool. Stop at 46%, even though I had indication the drive problem now OK. Doesn't matter now it not loading. so, now I have reached the point of regretting ever buying this download, because there was nothing to indicate there may be massive problem if you try and down load his software. So, you get a one from me. Reason why I didn;t call you, you didn;t look like you had a help center and I had spent eenough time being frustrated.

I was not sure if it would work at first. But it worked. It took maybe 30 seconds to get the key in email.

this is my second purchase from this company and both have been great. Its hard to know if a company is legit or not these days, but 2 years later and i still have no issues with my purchase. Excellent price and when i had to email for support they were very quick to reply
