Unhappy customer
Since writing below I have had a reply which I do appreciate. I am aware that refunds take time and so will wait for this to arrive.
I appreciate the offer of reserving a Selenite charging disc but I have managed to get one from the crystal shop in Taunton.
I will consider ordering in the future should I need something.
When I placed my order it was for one main item a Selenite charging disc but was also drawn to another item so I decided to add. There was nothing on the website stating either item was out of stock. I receive an email stating one item was despatched which was not the item I really wanted but thought perhaps the other item would be despatched separately but that was my first mistake as the next day I was emailed telling me I would be refunded. I was not happy and emailed back and received an email which I feel was not good. I had advised that they could collect but after reading the returns policy I knew that would not happen so I sent the unopened package by last Friday which GeoFossils received on Monday 20/04/2026 in the morning and I know as it was tracked but still not heard about a refund. I will give it a few more days to see if a refund has been done before taking this matter further. Ian Radford

Thank you for your feedback — we genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
You’re absolutely right that part of your order was unavailable after purchase, and we understand how disappointing that is, especially when it was the main item you wanted. As soon as this was identified, we issued a refund for the out-of-stock item and sent the remaining item that was available. We also provided a credit voucher to cover your shipping costs for a future order.
Following your return, your refund is currently being processed, and this can take a few working days depending on your payment provider.
We always aim to keep our stock levels accurate, but on rare occasions discrepancies can occur, and we’re continuously working to improve this.
We’re also more than happy to notify you as soon as the Selenite charging disc is back in stock if you’d still like one reserved.
If there’s anything further we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Geofossils are fantastic
Geofossils are fantastic! I love their live shows and wish I lived close enough to visit their warehouse. My experience with them was amazing, so friendly and helpful, all questions were answered fully and the knowledge of crystals Kim has is phenomenal! The crystals and specimens speak for themselves and are of the utmost quality. Geofossils have an astonishing range of crystals and specimens including ultra rare and sought after pieces as well as beautiful statement pieces. Their prices are so reasonable and the pieces are well packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Geofossils is a family I am so glad to be a part of and I look forward to continuing being! Great customer service at reasonable prices
Great choice of crystal bracelets. Reasonably priced. Preferred this site to Amazon as felt confident the crystals are real. Love the descriptions of each. I called and picked items up from the warehouse. Very friendly service. Bought 3 crystal chip bracelets.
