They are a SCAM. They falsely advertise the designs on their store front. I ordered a Snorlax tank top for which the shipping took >2 weeks. When I finally received the shirt, I was baffled to see that the print did not match the original design at all. The Snorlax was missing every single detail on its face, no eyes / mouth whatsoever. This was definitely a print defect, but their customer support was dismissive and told me ''the items dispatched to you align with your original order.'' They offered CAD 2$ in compensation.

Ordered a sleeveless vest top which was supposed to look like the character Kirby but made up of a galaxy. The product that arrived was pretty much the outline of the character and nothing else.

When emailing I sent a picture of what it should look like Vs what arrived and they stated “However, upon inspection by our warehouse, the items dispatched to you align with your original order” and proceeded to offer $3 as a good will gesture

Geographz sent me a defective product. The shirt on the site did not match what I received. The images were cut off at the sleeves and didn't continue on. They refused to exchange it and said they would send me $2 dollars, $1 for each sleeve, as compensation instead of a full refund. They make horrible products and have even worse service. Do not buy from them.

Don't ever order here. I wish I looked at the reviews first and foremost, it's shit quality material, pixelated in some products. Not as advertised. I emailed and complained about it and they will not do a return. They even sent me duplicates, not once but twice. I shouldn't have ordered more before the product came in, but I couldn't resist the designs from their pages. My dumb mistake. I better get compensation due to the duplicates. But considering they tried to give me 8 dollars usd compensation for my complaint, I doubt I will

Extremely disappointed with the t-shirt I purchased. The image was blown up, pixelated, and the fabric was similar to cardboard. I might cut it up and use it as a dish cloth.

I asked for a refund and they instead offered me $3 in return after I paid $39. After several e-mails back and forth, they raised their return to $5, then $7. Garbage scammy business.

Ordered 2 sweaters, one came after almost 2 months and one never showed up at all. When I asked for a refund, they asked for more money to ship again. I would not recommend this store. And the sweater I did get was horrible quality for around $60 dollars

Biggest scam, avoid at all costs! Not onlh did the shirt “design” show up super pixelsted and unreadable, my card number was stolen the next day and somebody withdrew ~$1000 via cash app.

Terrible print and shirt quality. Refuses to offer a refund or a way to return. Customer service only reply’s once a day on business days. Offering 5 dollars back to me. Horrible, wish I never did ANY business with them.

My son order a t-shirt and a hoody , waited ages for the items to arrive .the items on the website look so nice but in reality they are cheap tat , I wouldn't even use them as rags to clean with .
I reached out to the company as stated if your not happy then you can return for a full refund , but oh boy was I wrong . I have had nothing but trouble , they ask for pictures of the items then reassure you they are high quality , THEY ARE NOT . I've had emails after emails which I've asked for return address only to met by it will cost to much to send back and am I happy to accept 5 dollar compensation , err no they order was over £55 so why would I accept 5 dollar , they have done nothing but stall and upping the compensation by 2 dollars more every email sent going to the full max of 14 dollars compensation. I just want a refund and to add insult if I accept the pitiful 14 dollars I get to keep the clothes I want to send back .
PLEASE PJEASE I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH .... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely awful quality. Every single good review on Trustpilot for this company is clearly fake… just scroll down, how many of the same people have bought the same Ninja shirt which they were glad gave them a hip hop vibe!

Site is a complete scam. You either get poor shirt quality products if you're lucky or get nothing at all. My friend was the former while I was the latter.

Tried for a refund and was just told to contact a shipping company for help when the seller doesn't even tell you "what" that shipping company is.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!
The quality of the print of the shirts are absolutely terrible. They didn't have one of the item I order and they did not even refund me fully. one of the print is so bad I ask for a refund and they are asking me to send it back, the cost of the shipping to china is almost 2 time the price of the shirt. the are scamming people and they know it. Still fighting with them on PayPal for refund. Don't fall for the nice pictures.

I ordered 2 shirts the beginning of December. One arrived late January, the other never arrived. Shipping has not updated since early January. I email the company ever week requesting a refund. they say the same thing "it is still in transit, we are urging them to update tracking"
Don't trust this company.
Also, The 1 shirt that did arrive was also 2 sizes too small, so if you take a chance on them, order up by 2 sizes if in usa, and get ready to wait a few months to recieve them.

This is terrible company. I ordered two large shirts and one was tiny. They offered me 2 dollars Compensation. Buyer beware this company does terrible business.

This is a truly terrible site, when you get taken in by the pretty pictures and order, you'll be sorely disappointed when your order comes in because it looks NOTHING like the pictures of thick high quality clothing on the website. All the positive reviews are completely FAKE! If you look closely, all the positive reviews are fake and very similar mentioning the same style shirt for every 2 reviews, then it will do another 2 reviews that are about the same thing basically. Do NOT buy from this site if you want a quality clothing try Etsy! This site operates by bait and switch! They lure you in with pretty pictures of a high quality looking, thick article of clothing, then when you order you get a terrible, horrible blurry printed insanely thin, cheap article of clothing that looks NOTHING alike anything for sale on this website.
Sadly, you won't get what you want! So BEWARE!

Ich habe 4 Pullover beim Händler bestellt. Zunächst wurde ich vom Support mehrfach vertröstet und als ich von Kauf zurücktreten wollte, war die Ware angeblich verschickt. Eine Sendungsnummer bekam ich erst nach einer Beschwerde über Paypal. Erst kamen nur 3 Pullover an, der vierte 3 Tage später in einer Einzelsendung. Qualität ist nicht mal ansatzweise wie auf der Website versprochen. Es wirkt so, als sei der Stoff aus Plastik und er ist so dünn, dass man durch schauen kann.

Auf meine Beschwerde bezüglich der Qualität kam vom Händler keine Antwort mehr, weshalb ich den Fall zur Klärung an Paypal übergeben habe. Ich vermute jedoch, dass ich die Summe bezahlen werde müssen und es als Lehrgeld verbuchen muss…

Bitte haltet Abstand von Geographz!!!

I made a purchase online with a company called Geographz for
an order of $151.94. At the payment screen it came out as
$182.33. I thought the difference was just due to tax and so I
proceeded. The transaction completed on 12/13/2024. I received
a normal order confirmation email with a tracking number and link
to track the package by mail carrier js-express.

Ultimately, the order never delivered to me and I saw tracking
information indicate the package eventually went to a mail
recovery center and then returned to the sender. I reached out to
Geographz customer service and asked what’s going on. They
basically said the package went back to the manufacturer and not
them and now I need to pay their losses on shipping and the
losses on the order to get another order resent to me or I can get
a refund minus the losses on shipping and the items.

Basically, this company did not deliver the items and now will not
refund me or send me new items unless I pay for their losses.

Wenn ich könnte würde ich Minussterne geben. Auf der Website sieht alles nach guter Qualität aus. Erstmal ewig auf die Ware gewartet und dann war es die schlimmste Qualität überhaupt. Nichtmal Temu oder Shein verkauft so eine miese Qualität. Der Stoff ist ganz seltsam und glänzt wie Plastik. Der Aufdruck ist extrem verpixelt. Pure Geldverschwendung.

Very low quality, asked to return because of the quality. They told us no refunds, but gave us 8 dollars to help cushion the loss. I doubled down asking for it to be returned. They replied, if you return it we won't give the money back.
