Not knowing about why it take so long to process my payment and I was trying to cancel it because I thought you all was a fraud

I ordered a product for my mom and the product was undeliverable due to the warehouse not putting the delivery address on the order. I emailed customer service to get this corrected and they told me I had to pay $8 in order to get a new dress. Then the last email stated that they would not issue a refund. This is not a black owned company but overall the customer service is terrible. They are a scam and I will never order from this company again.

I love the products, but sometimes it is hard to see the items on different angles. Also, it takes a long time to receive orders; I am still waiting for my first order after a few weeks. Beautiful clothing though!

I ordered an item more than 2 months ago and still have not received it. I have emailed this company more than 5 times with no response. All I want is to either to receive my order , get an update status or a refund. Not sure what the issue is but , I will never order from this company again due to lack of communication andmaybe even fraud.

At first it was hard to place my order until I figure out how to do you have a nice variety of cloths some were a little priceless but I like them all

The products looked as advertised. Colors were nice and bright. All but one item fit... make sure you check sizes bc returns are a hassle. They responded by email asking me to keep the item at a discounted price. Did not hear from them again.

I live in Australia, your style of clothing reflects the art I love, and it’s rare to see clothing that represent women of colour out here. Beautiful!
