♦️♦️WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY - NOTHING STATED ABOUT A SUBSCRIPTION ENROLLMENT WHEN ORDERING AND THEY AUTOMATICALLY DO IT ON THEIR OWN !!! SCAMMERS !! ♦️♦️♦️

I bought once the product to try it and got automatically signed up for subscription very well hidden with first purchase. I found out it's a subscription when I was charged £59.99 ($79.99) from my bank account. It's around 50% more expensive than my first order of 2 packages and free glass bottle. I cancelled the subscription immediately because it's not how fair and good companies operate.
I was hoping I'll get at least product worth of the 50% more expensive price but my hopes are gone. I received only 2 packages today.

A Subscrition payment of £59.99 was taken from my account on 2nd October 2026, I contacted Resilia to let them know I had cancelled the prescription prior to them charging me. I asked back for a refund, they were not able to get back to me due to high volume of calls, orders, etc., (a load of delay tactic if you ask me) Any how, I have been sending emails back and fourth. On the 5th of October 2026, I received an email from Jeff Alim confirming the order was generated and linked to the initial order! As the order had already been processed they could not cancel it, so he offered an alternative of 50% off and still keep the product. I agreed to this......however I have been ghosted. My Order no: No longer exist!! No Refund, No new tracking no, nothing, very disappointed with this Company. I didn't think Resilia would turn out to be a Scam Company!

Delia was my sales person I loved this young lady she seen it had reordered the oregano and asked if I was thinking of getting any other products and I mentioned the garlic she let know the stats and benefits of it and offered a personal discount if I wanted to try she was NOT PUSHY she was so kind, and empathetic she went out of her way to make sure I was getting the best deal she is the type of salesperson you want on the other end of a purchase kind, patient, VERY helpful, and made sure I had no problems and will be on standby if I do - Go DELIA great job kudos to Resilia for have a WONDERFUL company representative makes me TRUST them even more ❤️ 💙 ♥️ 💖

I have not received the product yet, but am not mad about it at all. I didn't see a text verifying my address before shipping until 4 days later. I responded to the text and immediately the order would be shipped right away. Because of the immediate response, I thought bot, but whatever it made me feel cared for. If it's a real person, then that's even better. The responses to my comments were personal. This felt like a friendly interaction rather than a sales transaction. Great job Resilia, your customer care so far is top tier!!!

I had the most amazing experience with a customer service representative named Delia she is absolutely incredible, she went above & beyond to help me with placing two orders. No matter the time of day /night she was just a text away full of helpful Info & answered all of my issues & inquires.. I have not yet received my order but I feel I won’t have a problem with receiving them. 😊🙏

Was charged $84.99 for garlic pills and put on a renewed prescription. 2 months went by and never received a package!! Had to tell them 6 times that I was sure I wanted to unsubscribe before they charged me again $84.99 for nothing!! After investigating I discovered they made a shipping label and that was it, they never mailed the order only made a shipping label, very sneaky!! That’s how they charge you for nothing by pretending your order is on its way when in fact it doesn’t even exist, just a shipping label. Buyers beware!!!!!!!!!!!!

What EVER you do DO NOT purchase this product..that is unless you want them to take money out of your account.
I purchased ONE lot abd now i fighting for my SECOND TRANSACTION OF £59.95...taken without my consent...they say its already posted FROM CHINA...

Will not cancel subscription!

I tried resilis oregano with black seed, I did not feel or see any results. I want to emphasize here that I did not sign up for subscription! I double check because I do not want to get billed. And the I received an email that they are sending me my order! I emailed back several times that I did not sign up for any and I want my money back. They emailed back apologizing and still get my money! I did not receive the product! BUT THEY STILL DID NOT RETURN MY MONEY! This is the only company I have bad experience! with a product that I did not feel an effect!

I ordered the odorless garlic for my husband and indeed THEY WERE NOT ODORLESS NOW HE STINKS THE WHOLE HOUSE OUT I WLL BE THROWING IT AWAY. THEY ALSO MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRPITION I WAS UNKNOWINGLY SUBSCRIBED AND NOW they are shipping another 6 after 2 weeks..

I have already contacted my bank this is unacceptable and super decieving practices
