I have been using the plugin since November 2025. It used to work fine, and both times I contacted support they replied quickly.

However, it has now been four days since I started having problems loading products, with error messages appearing on the pages.

In my opinion, the support is slow. You can ask two questions, but you will only receive one answer. So you will have to write again.

Also, the information provided varies depending on who provides it, e.g. the API key.
1. Support: the API key was sent with the welcome email.
2. Backend: You will find the API key in your account.

Unfortunately, neither of these options worked for me and I am still waiting for a response.

Let's see how long it takes.

I originally used this plugin years ago when it was still called EasyAzon, before it was acquired by another company. Back then, it was simple, effective, and helped me build affiliate sites quickly. Because of that positive experience, I decided to give it another try recently.

I signed up, created an account, and purchased a license. While they technically mention that it’s a yearly subscription, this is not clearly communicated during the purchase process. The automatic renewal is not presented in a prominent or transparent way, and it’s very easy to miss unless you carefully read the fine print.

Their pricing is also misleading. They advertise the product at around €79, but this price does not include taxes. By the time you reach checkout, the actual amount is significantly higher, closer to €100. For a European company, this is particularly deceptive, since it’s standard practice here to display final prices including VAT upfront. This kind of pricing might be common in the US, but in Europe customers expect full transparency in the final cost.

After setting everything up, the plugin didn’t meet my expectations. I should have requested a refund right away, but instead I thought I might revisit it later, so I left it as is. In the end, I didn’t use the product at all for almost a full year.

Then I was unexpectedly charged nearly €100 for a renewal. I received an email confirming the charge and the continuation of my license.

Normally, when I know something is a subscription, I cancel it immediately after signing up to avoid situations like this. But since I didn’t realize this was a recurring yearly charge, I never canceled it.

Within minutes of receiving the charge notification, I contacted their support team to request a refund. I explained that I hadn’t used the plugin in 11 months and had no need for it. This isn’t a service that incurs ongoing costs like servers or APIs. It’s just a plugin sitting idle, so I assumed a refund would be reasonable.

However, they refused to issue a full refund. They pointed to their terms and conditions, stating that renewals are non-refundable, or if refunded, they deduct €10 as a “processing fee.”

As someone who runs a business, I find this misleading. If a transaction is refunded before it settles, there are typically no processing fees. In my case, the charge was still pending. This felt more like a tactic to extract extra money from customers who forget to cancel.

I even considered filing a chargeback, which I’m confident I would have won. That would have cost them more in fees than simply issuing a full refund. But in the end, I chose not to waste my time dealing with them further.

I accepted the partial refund and decided instead to share my experience.

I will not use their services again, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious. If you decide to use their product, make sure you are fully aware of their subscription terms, pricing structure, and cancellation policy.

The plugin has become irrelevant for small sellers (fewer than 10 items per month) with the paid app; it is now impossible to make either the plugin AAWP's app profitable.

I needed to cancel my subscription, and AAWP support made it easy.

AAWP ist nicht ganz günstig (für viele Webseiten), bzw. je nachdem wie viel man damit verdient natürlich, aber tut und leistet seinen Dienst seit Jahren gut. Der Support wurde selten benötigt, wenn dann aber flott und schnell. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
