We're sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase. As we are drafting service, we create plans based on GIS data, aerial views and the information our clients provide us.
All measurements should be verified by the client. Should there be discrepancies between the physical property and the site plan we will make these adjustments free of charge upon request.
All the measurements on your plan are based on rooflines. Probably you need to show wall line reduction on the plan, but as I can see you did not email us for that. Some plans take a few adjustments, but always try our best to leave the clients satisfied with the drawings.
