Ich habe die Bibu Max und eine Powerbank dazu nach Deutschland bestellt.
Die Versanddauer war in Ordnung. Tasche und Powerbank werden von unterschiedlichen Orten versendet. Bestellt habe ich am 10.11.2023, knapp 8 Tage später wurde versendet. Mit der Tasche gab es kein Problem. Die Qualität der Tasche ist in Ordnung. Die Platine liegt lediglich hinter einem Klettverschluss in der Tasche. Man sollte hier also mit Wasser aufpassen! Es gibt einige Pixelfehler und es können keine GIFs von der Giphy App runtergeladen werden, obwohl es beworben wird, was die Funktionalität stark einschränkt. Allerdings zeigte sich hier das Team über Instagram zumindest sehr bedacht auf Aufnahme des Problems. Geändert hat sich daran bis jetzt aber noch nichts. Ich würde das Produkt nicht weiter empfehlen, da es bessere Produkte auf dem Markt gibt. Die Powerbank habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten (18.02.24) und nach mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme werde ich immer wieder vertröstet, obwohl das Tracking eindeutig beschreibt, dass die Lieferung nicht zustellbar ist. Das Problem lag daran, dass die Bank aus der NL nach De versendet wird. Hier wird nochmal Zoll fällig, was leider im Vorfeld nicht bekannt war, da ich persönlich von einer Bestellung abgesehen hätte. In der Zustellbenachrichtigung hieß es, dass die Lieferung nicht zustellbar sei. Im Shop kam diese Sendung nie an. Auf dem Zollamt, kann keine Zuordnung erfolgen. Der Versender versteht nicht, dass man in Deutschland nur als Händler das Recht auf Nachforschung hat und das Sendungen nach 7 Tagen zurück gehen. Ich fühle mich hier um Geld geprellt, da man immer wieder vertröstet wird ohne Sachleistung oder Geld zurück zu erhalten und rate daher definitiv vom Kauf der Power Bank ab. Allgemein sollte man hier nur bestellen, wenn man nicht vorhat umzutauschen oder Geldrückerstattungen geltend machen möchte.

I ordered this on black Friday pretty impulsively. I almost immediately regretted it and there were very few reviews. It took much longer than advertised to get a shipping notification and when I did, it was a link to a Chinese shipping track company that didn't have great reviews. It also didn't really update at all to say where the parcel was. I was worried that it was a scam and considered charging back.

The parcel did arrive, unfortunately a few days after Christmas but exactly as advertised. All the free gifts were there, the bag was actually really easy to use and looks really cool. My daughter has worn it out a lot and loves it. I'm giving it four stars despite the delayed shipping and poor communication because it honestly is a good quality, unique product and it was a good value. It wad a big hit. I understand this is a start up and they may have been slammed with orders for black Friday. Hopefully they improve their shipping times for the next holiday season.

I had my doubts about this being a scam, and I bought with my credit card to be safe. I got my bag after 3 weeks because they ran out of stock. I’m so happy! It’s legit and it’s an amazing product. Only warning I can give is that the app doesn’t work on Apple phones. I use my partners Android app because it’s got the most recent update

Good communication. Secure website. I received my bag and I love it! Only problem was they gave me the wrong tracking number that still said "sender dispatching" so after 4 weeks I had a look at my order through the website and found a different tracking number which said my parcel had been delivered a week ago. I had a good look around my garden and found it! Very damp even though it was well wrapped (we'd had a lot of storms), but soggy box aside, the product worked perfectly.
It does tell you that you get a free gift of more GIFs with your order, but it is actually just an instruction to go to the Giphy app, which is free for anyone to use anyway. Still cheaper than many similar bags. Happy to recommend.
If you buy one you'll probably get an offer for 30% off another one before it's shipped (I think it expires in 12 hours), but unfortunately I didn't receive the email until a day later 😅

It’s giving scam. I wouldn’t trust it if I were you. No real reviews. Advertised all over instagram with no face behind the brand. Little to no comments on their posts. They’ve deleted multiple comments that I’ve left under their posts asking about real reviews from real people. Major red flags people 🚩🚩🚩 avoid at all costs!
