Sharing my experience for awareness.
I was charged $99 by Dynasty after previously being told by a company representative last year that my subscription had been cancelled and that no future charges would occur.
After noticing the recent charge, I attempted to contact customer support by phone. I was routed to an automated system that ultimately instructed me to email support in order to cancel my account. I have sent that email but have not yet received a response.
I have also attempted to cancel my subscription through the website and was unable to do so, which is the same issue I encountered previously.
I am currently working to resolve this directly and through my bank. I recommend that others carefully review billing practices and monitor their accounts if using this service.
