Ava has been an absolute delight to work with! From the very first moment, her impressive knowledge and clear understanding of our goals blew us away. My colleague, Ang, and I were thoroughly impressed by her expertise during our initial call—it was a truly fantastic start!
She is the epitome of professionalism, swiftly setting up the requirements call and laying out a super clear, four-week implementation timeline. Ava is incredibly proactive and thorough, which shines through in her detailed follow-up notes and her diligence in pinpointing the exact lead groups for our inaugural Journey build. She even went the extra mile, effortlessly resolving our email delivery rate question with Reece Rodgers.
Her crystal-clear communication and utterly dedicated approach have made the beginning of this project wonderfully seamless and completely reassuring. Mercia Electrical have been using FLG for the few years now and have recently renewed our subscription. We have always been happy with the service and system provided, but during the renewal process, FLG have really excelled. A special thank you to Ava- Projects and implementation manager, who has supported us through all amendments and updates. Giving guidance and suggesting new ways of working that FLG can offer to benefit our business model. As a result, we are now in the best place we have ever been to manage our sales, customers, inbound enquiries and post sale processes. Brilliant lead management system
We’ve been using FLG’s lead management system for several months now and it’s totally transformed all of our processes. The platform is really easy to use and has helped us to bring some much needed organisation to our working day.
As well as the brilliant system, the staff have been outstanding, going the extra mile to understand our needs and objectives.

Great Service
The onboarding process was great and very easy, Ava was appointed as our implementation manager. The support Ava provided was fantastic, from the initial discovery call through the whole configuration process she understood our requirements and delivered a CRM that does exactly what we wanted.

First class service from FLG & their people
The ladies who I dealt with, Eloise Hall & Ava Dwyer were friendly and approachable, unlike many IT experts I've dealt with in the past. Ava Dwyer in particular was extremely professional and patient in helping me with the setup of my system. I'm not an IT expert but she made everything very easy, was always available to answer queries and very personable. The FLG system is easy to use & flexible compared with other systems I've used.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the FLG product & Eloise & Ava to anyone.

Implementation manager very helpful
First time users of FLG CRM. Our implementation manager, Ava, was extremely helpful and polite. Over several weeks she helped us customise the CRM to use a variety of custom statuses, workflows and dozens of template emails along with a custom API integration.
We now have our CRM fully integrated into various online forms, external databases and we also have our google calendar and dialler synchronised with the CRM.
Overall a brilliant experience, Highly recommended.

Extremely average at best
Extremely average at best. No real development has been done for years and certainly since Clear Course bought them out. Now they want to lock you into long term contracts - a thing of a past and shows their insecurities. There are so many other platforms out there that offer far more for less. Oh, and they tend to have lots of downtime and patching issues. Stay away!

We understand your concern about the perceived lack of development over the past 15 months. Rest assured, behind the scenes, we've been diligently working on improving cybersecurity measures and addressing technical debt to pave the way for smoother and faster future development.
Our new packages reflect our commitment to fostering long-term relationships with our clients, while maintaining our transparent pricing approach. Unlike some competitors, we steer clear of adding hidden premiums to monthly usage or offering discounts for 12-month pre-payment options. Instead, our packages include free days as a gesture of setting our customers up for a lasting partnership, something rarely seen elsewhere.
