Terrible customer service. I ordered 30 gummies . I got a package a 6 stronger gummies, forcing me to cut each piece into 5 small sections. ( the pieces were too small to get 5 pieces). Customer service ignored my complaints. Find another company

I’ve been a customer for a while now - my last order I received was a melted soupy mess! The dry packet was inside & mixed with the goo - I called customer service & they replaced it - the replacement arrived just as the one before! Needless to say I’m out $$ and no product!

I have only ordered 3 times but the quality of the buds, and I actually think they give you a ounce, Like other companies ' not to be named ' But I honestly recommend the cookies flower,

What wonderful people work at Happy Hemp! Everything is great 😃. Had a hiccup, but they took care of me right away. Product I ordered was very effective. I'm a senior, always in pain. I used the gummies, sat down to watch a movie. About an hour later, it suddenly occurred to me that I had NO pain. Not anywhere. I was so happy 😊. It lasted about five hours. I actually cried in relief. I have been in pain for years, but I couldn't keep up with the cost of the Medical Marijuana card and the products were also expensive and not as good, not by a long shot. PLEASE support the cause. People in pain should not be stigmatized as drug abusers. And yes, nice buzz. I would not drive while using. God bless everyone at Happy Hemp! Linda

I wrote to Happy Hemp with a picture and they were so good to send me a whole new bottle!!! Happy Hemp has the best customer service and always answers my questions. I am a senior citizen and made a purchase via Groupon. I was unable to complete the process and the company went above and beyond to assist me! When I tell you the customer service was superb, stellar and amazing - I truly mean it! A breath of fresh air in this world of rudeness, incompetence and laziness.

Happy Hemp has beautiful pipes, just BEWARE, I purchased a decortive pipe MARCH 26,2026, on June 12th, 2 1/2 months later, I found that the hole in the bowl was crumbled, enlarging the size of the hole, could smoke because the weed would fall thru.. Happy Hemp had no DESIRE to replace my pipe, instead offered me a 20% discount... Why would I want to spend more money with this company, if the only product I brought from them turned out to be a flop/defective.. I have not tried any of there other products, after my pipe incident, I have no desire to do business with this company.. just wondering if this has happened to anyone else..7 days retrn policy..WTF.. your pipe didn't cumble in 7 days, it crumbled 2 months, 17 days.. that's how long it took to crumble..

Great communication delivery was quick and I like how they now “forewarn” these can melt, which I was well aware because I’ve been ordering for years but it is good for people to know.
I’ve always been happy with my purchases, even with a substitution of a different kind, but equal size.

Quick delivery and very good product. CBD helps me get to sleep.

Their products are great quality and shipping is fast. Their gummies are a great value as well and they work! I ordered sugar free D8 gummies from them because I'm diabetic and would love to see D9 come in sugar free as well.
