Lanera Avis 

I am now on my fourth bottle of foundation now and will not ever buy from anywhere else now. My 85 year old mum is now using it and loves it.

I will be 70 next Birthday but could pass as 50 (so I`ve been told many times.) My skin is a combination of normal, little dry and oily. I usually use Max Factor Panstick for coverage which has been my go to for many years. I give Lanera 5* because it out performs my Panstick by half again! It looks natural but covers everything! I really am happy with it. Make sure you are happy with the correct colour for you first.

Finally I have found a foundation that doesnt look caked-on and it covers my age spots so I'm not using concealer now. You dont need a lot to cover full face at all! Customer service impeccable - cant think any negative to write

Customer service is outstanding I order too many bottles of foundation and it was sorted straight away.
Refunded into my bank in a couple of days. I’m yet to try foundation but I fell assured that if not right for me I will have no issues in returning

Lanera is light and smooth and covers beautifully!

I really like this foundation! It was difficult ordering the correct color online and I ended up with a shade that was too dark for me but my issue was quickly resolved by Lanera Customer Service. They sent me free bottles of my correct shade right away. Shipping is very fast. I like how the foundation covers imperfections but still feels light on my skin. It only takes a small amount. I apply it with the make up sponge they enclosed with my order. It lasts all day but is easy to remove at night. I'm very pleased with y experience. I'm 73.

The Customer Support is excellent, nothing too much trouble. Love the foundation, was lucky to get a perfect match without actually testing it, which I normally prefer to do.

I was so excited to try this as I have mature skin. I am 62 with some lines and wrinkles and some uneven complexion. Had high hopes for this as I had seen others on Facebook that looked amazing. It’s heavy, thick, and oily and settles in the lines and wrinkles accenting them more.. I tried thinning it out and only using a little bit and it still looks the same. It was also difficult removing it. I had to wash my face three times.Absolutely hate it and I’m sending it back.

I ordered my initial foundation and they suggested a color I probably would not think would work. But I went ahead with it anyway. It worked so well, I orderdc two more foundations, but I made a mistake when ordering. I realized it immediately and sent a note to the company. Within 3 minutes I had a response and they removed the extra items from my order that I didn't mean to get. They also included some lipstick and mascara. I liked those so much that I'm ordering more. I would call that superb service.

Received the items from China (despite them being based in america), and foundation doesn't do what it claims, not full coverage etc and doesnt cover imperfections or fine lines like their photos of people claim.

When you send it back, you have to send it back to USA (despite them sending it cheaply from china), and costs nearly £30 to send it back via tracked royal mail. Then 2wks later when you still haven't had a refund, check online and the USA postal service have tried to deliver it to them, but not able to, and then the company hasnt contacted the postal service to arrange a redelivery or to collect the parcel, so I am left in limbo, as I haven't had my refund, and they arent responding to my emails, and if they don't collect it, the postal service will return it back to the sender (me), and I don't want it, I just want my money back. Its a big con, and a headache.

This foundation goes on so smoothly and you need ever so little to apply to your whole face. It hides the wrinkles fairly well and lasts a long time while still looking natural on your face.
