My lashes arrived dirty!! I asked for a refund because there’s no chance I’m using something that’s been packaged in an unsanitary environment on my eyes… no one will respond to me so that’s £30 down the basin.

I have been waiting since 5th April for delivery when there website says 3-5 delivery is rubbish not true

Very bad product, lashes are not sticking on properly, and there is nothing natural or simple about them. Ordered double by mistake and want to return them but everyone is ignoring my emails daying they will get back to me. Very bad customer service. Would not recommend!

Har bestilt magnetiske vipper derfra - det er noget temu-fis. De kan ikke sidde på vipperne og magneterne (x2) faldt af første dag (dagen jeg modtog dem og åbnede dem i bilen).

Fake, scam, dårligt produkt.

The mascara is everything they said it would be! My lashes look amazing, and while it feels pricey, I loved the BOGO offer I got!

At first it's very difficult to apply but after reading the instructions well and trimming the lashes it becomes easier. The lashes look good.

This is the best wand mascara I have ever used

The natural lashes were okay but the simple lashes are straight they don’t fit onto the eyelash line because that is curvy. So that one was a waste of money. And the lashes are bigger in size so you have to adjust them.

Als ik minder dan 1 ster kon geven had dat beter geweest! Ik heb besteld en nooit wat ontvangen! En eerst was er mail contact en zogenaamd zou er een onderzoek worden gedaan..niks meer gehoord..en na meerdere mails..geen bericht meer gehad..en geen pakketje...en geen geld terug! Dus heb ze gratis geld gegeven! Bestel niks bij hun want ze zijn oplichters!

Application is very smooth & requires less applications to achieve full result than many other mascaras.

Washes off easily in the shower leaving no darkness under the eye itself.

Liked sleek design of product also.

I have very few and fine eye lash hairs. I found Lashique to secure each hair and give it a full look. I will purchase this product again.

Read about the company and contact/return addres was in Netherlands. I ordered and in the shipping information it says that they are shipping from China. So expensive temu quality incoming ☹️ And delivery time is expected to be 30 days not 5-9 days what this company says.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered two products, one came not sealed and lashes bent. I tried both set’s mutliple times and they just do not work as advertised at all. The lashes don’t magnetise together around eye lashes. When emailed to ask for a refund as the adverts are fraudulent, they sent me to the ‘how to’ page obvs followed this to start with! Then on further emails they have a 30 day money back guarantee that applies to unopened unused and still sealed items only. The did offer me a 20% refund but that would be only around £4.75 of the almost £24 I spent with them. Not happy at all.

Wat een fantastisch misleidende reclame voor zo'n bizar slecht product!! Doet letterlijk nog geen 1/10 van wat het belooft! Mijn wimpers staan na 6 lagen nog steeds recht vooruit, lijken niet voller en zijn ook niet speciaal mooi uit elkaar door het metalen aanbreng-ding.
Geldverspilling en tijdverspilling voor het erop hebben zitten wachten...

Received product not at all resembling their advertisement. The only way to confirm is opening the very NON-transparent box, obviously.
Then when i ask for a refund, since they do not deliver the product they promised in their ad (logically, i would say) they say they cannot do that because the box is opened??
