The prodict is easy to apply and is absorbed effectively by my skin. The colour change happens almost immediately and matches well with my skin tone. It feels light on my skin and doesn't gather in my wrinkles.
I'm delighted with the result.

The foundation goes on really easily, covers well and feels good. I’m not convinced by the changes according to skin type though.

The first order went well. But the second one—which I ordered for Mother’s Day three weeks ago as part of the great 3-for-1 deal—still hasn’t arrived. Customer service hasn’t responded either. It’s a real shame, because I was very satisfied the first time. I’ve already paid, but I still haven’t received the foundation.

Versuche gerade den Versand abzubrechen. Eine Probezeit ohne die Verpackung öffnen zu dürfen (ganz klein in den AGB) und riesig anders beworben auf Instagram ist irreführend. Das Produkt wurde 6 Tage nach Bestellung in China versendet und wird dort seit 5 Tagen hin und her gebucht. Man beachte das 14tägige Widerrufsrecht für Internetkäufe- bis die Sendung hier ist, ist die Frist abgelaufen. Also Zeitschinderei. Ich habe denen Frist gesetzt innerhalb der Widerrufsfrist den Transport zu stoppen und das Geld zu erstatten. Früh genug, damit auch Paypal noch eine Grundlage hat

I’m really pleased at how easily the foundation brush applies the cream to my face and blends it in then the magic happens and the foundation is the same colour as my skin and it lasts all day.

The foundation is really nice. I noticed that, if I use day cream first, the foundation stays sticky. But if I don't, it is wonderful. No foundation lines in your face.
The foundation coverage could be a little bit better though. Advertisement models put a lot of foundation on their faces. That does not work for me, then it stays sticky too.

The mascara is nice too. It does not smudge at all, which is great. But it is a bit hard to get enough mascara on the lashes.

The delivery came in good time no issues with it the foundation is perfect I’m loving it I got the bundle with the mascara and blush foundation stays on well all day also the blush does to very happy with my purchase

Die Foundation liegt wie eine Maske auf der Haut, was mir gar nicht gefällt. Sie werben mit einer 30-Tage-Geld-zurück-Garantie, falls einem das Produkt nicht zusagt und schreiben rotz frech diese würden nur "weniger als 1% annehmen". FALSCH!!!

Die Zufriedenheitsgarantie gibt es nicht, deswegen sind es weniger als 1%. Nicht, weil so wenige die Zufriedenheitsgarantie annehmen WOLLEN, sondern weil May sie niemandem gewährt.

Geöffnete Packungen sind plötzlich ausgeschlossen. In Ihren AGB steht jedoch AUSDRÜCKLICH:
"Deshalb bieten wir eine 30-tägige Testphase für Foundations an: Wenn Farbton, Textur oder Deckkraft nicht ganz passen, kannst du das Produkt ohne Angabe von Gründen zurückgeben."
Diese Formulierung SETZT EINE NUTZUNG DES PRODUKTS VORAUS!!!!

Irreführend und in meinen Augen Betrug!

Ich melde das dem Verbraucherschutz und hoffe andere mit meiner Bewertung schützen zu können.

‼️ Vorsicht- absolut unseriöse Geschäftspraktiken ‼️ Das Produkt wird aus China versandt! Die angebliche „Geld- zurück- Garantie“ gilt nicht! Obwohl in den FAQ steht, dass man das Produkt 30 Tage risikofrei testen darf, wird dann vom Kundensupport geantwortet, dass sie nur ungeöffnete Produkte zurücknehmen 🤦🏻‍♀️- wie soll man die Foundation dann testen? Übrigens: die Foundation macht einen blasser und setzt sich trotz Primer in kleinen Fältchen fest. Die Haut sieht hinterher älter und maskenhaft aus. Ach so- lt. Kundenservice gilt die „Geld- zurück- Garantie“ nicht, wenn man von einem Angebot (z.B. 2 für 1 etc.) Gebrauch gemacht hat- darauf wird aber weder während des Bestellprozesses, noch in der Bestellbestätigung hingewiesen!!! Noch etwas: falls man das Produkt dann doch zurückschicken „darf“ geschieht das auf eigene Kosten und die Rücksendung geht nach Amerika. Man kann das Geld genauso gut verbrennen 🔥 Also: FINGER WEG!

Betrug!!! Qualität unterirdisch! Ekelhaft klebrige Masse ohne Deckkraft.

Als ich eine Rückabwicklung im Rahmen der Geld-Zurück-Garantie angefragt habe kam folgende absurde KI-generierte Antwort:

"Du hast absolut recht — für unsere Foundations bieten wir eine 30-tägige Testphase an. Diese gilt jedoch speziell dafür, die passende Farbe, Textur oder Deckkraft zu testen.

In Fällen, in denen das Produkt bereits verwendet wurde, können wir aus hygienischen Gründen leider keine klassische Rücksendung mit vollständiger Rückerstattung anbieten"

Ich darf das Produkt also lediglich originalverpackt testen?!
Mir wurde stattdessen 30 Prozent Rabatt angeboten - was ich natürlich nicht annehmen möchte. Seither keinerlei Reaktion seitens des Unternehmens mehr

Have to say this product works perfectly in enhancing colour tone and even coverage.
Will stay with May Cosmetics from now onwards. Fast delivery and great communication.

I liked the moisturising effect of the foundation but sadly the colour doesn't change too match your skin tone. It just made my face look kind of grey and washed out.
I am disappointed because of all the hype about the product and have also since read many reviews saying the same thing. I have also read that the money back guarantee is only available if the product is unopened....impossible to try if you can't open it!
Should have stuck with my Ilmakiage who accept AND refund returns in any condition within 30 days!
Sadly this product is definitely not for me.
