My Ragdoll Angel had lost weight she was on Royal Canin Ragdoll she started eating fast then bringing it up after most meals I tried untamed wet just the same she had been wormed regularly I saw advert and thought I would give it a try nothing too loose. Wow within a week the sickness stopped now a month she has put weight on her coat looks healthy I have now added to all my babies. Thank you for helping my baby

I was sceptical at first but decided to try the taurine to see if it would help with vomiting after food. My cat has had it in her food for a few weeks now and the vomiting has almost stopped, plus her fur is a lot smoother. I'm very impressed and will continue to add it to her food.

Not hapoy with delivery time at all, when I ordered on the site it states quick delivery!
I then found reviews, yes my issue for not checking 1st saying product comes over from China so I contacted you to cancel my order and subscription within an hour to be told I could cancel the order as already been dispatched!

Bought product but had to throw away. Cat would not touch food when used. Then found the company had without my knowledge or consent set up a repeat supply and direct debit. Its a con. Don't trust them.When I cancelled they claimed it was too late to stop order being delivered. Its a con. Don't trust them. If you make one order they sign you up for regular deliveries without permission or authority.

I ordered this coz my cat kept wretching after he's eating but since I introduced hi to meowsupps he has been a lot better. He hasn't been sick at all since I started

I’ve only had it for a few days, so I can’t say yet if it will help my cat. She is 15 years old and extremely picky about food. When I mix this powder into her food, she doesn't even notice and eats it all up. He is having trouble with his weight and digestion, so we'll see what the coming weeks bring. The powder is tasteless. It’s just that delivery takes a really long time; it would be great if that could be sped up.

Very good customer service, very prompt with answering queries, so far my old boy cat of 18 years does seem improved, his coat is shinier and he’s eating more! For which I can only put down to the Taurine.
I will definitely continue to give this to him.
Highly recommend ‘meowsupps’ as a brand.

I have been giving this to Hector for a week now and I can already notice a difference in him, he's more alert and awake more often!

I did not realise there was a re-order on it.I have done this by mistake. I have read reviews on this & they are not good. My cat will not touch it so no point re-ordering it, so not happy with mieow

Amazing customer service. Very quick to respond and helpful. Sadly my cats just don’t like the taurine powder (they’re very fussy cats) but cancelling my subscription was easy thanks to help from Charlotte in Customer Services. I would definitely say it’s worth giving the supplement a try.

I like the company they are good. I bought taurine for my 18 year old cat and she has no problem eating it.

Meowsupps replied and has sorted out the problem, good service, l am happy with the product, and l will definitely continue to user it, l will reorder when my supply gets low.

If your order from these they automatically create a subscription and there is no way to cancel it online. I have messaged them and hope they will cancel it. Avoid

I'll try and be concise - MeowSupps are simply NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
I speak as a someone with 30years experience working for major Uk retail brands with significant product buying and supply chain experience.

They say they are
# UK based no 1 , Vet approved, Taurine supplier - whilst I can't comment on the actual taurine , in a multitude of back and forth email communications with me, they assert returns have to be sent at customers cost internationally but refuse to state where internationally, despite them also claiming they are a "UK BASED COMPANY"

# They offer a "90-Day Guarantee 👎 blatantly UNTRUE in my experience.

Here's what they promise on Instagram :-
"We're so confident MeowSupps will work for your cat that we'll take all the risk. Try it for 90 days. If your cat doesn't show noticeable improvements, simply email us at (their email address) and we'll refund your full purchase. No need to return the jar. No questions asked. That's how much we believe in what's inside."
This is their Instagram promise also repeated on website.
This how they operate - they refused to send me a return label and full refund on unopened unused mistakenly ordered product. They started trying to offer 30% then 50% then 60% and finally 80% refund.

# They refuse to explain their failure to honour their own returns and refund promise
# They refuse to explain or give details of returns address despite the product having a UK ROYAL MAIL prepaid postage label on it with a return address of Hounslow.

Dreadful company - Charlotte cuts and pastes the same reply despite the questions being asked ..if a Charlotte exists at all - I suspect not.

Addendum: in reaction to your meaningless response below;-
The facts I state above are indisputable - I've taken up enough time and dozens of emails in exchange from you to prove my statements.
VISA and my bank also agree after a full review of all the evidence I collected - I have now a full refund NOT from you but via DISPUTE VISA CHARGEBACK.

I'd urge anyone else experiencing the same or similar to me to contact their bank and raise a dispute against this dreadful company .

I ordered 3 tubs of the product on the 12th September and they still haven't arrived, today being the 27th September! I asked for updates and all I get is "your order is on it's way, thank you for your patience"!!
I've told them that I want to cancel my order and receive a full refund, but this doesn't seem to be possible! I just get told by Charlotte @meowsupps, that she's monitoring my order and it's on it's way. I have no faith in the company or their products!! I will not be risking it on any of my 10 cats!! I am fuming 😤

I am giving 5 stars because Meowsupps have given quick delivery and replied to any emails sent.
My Cat had no issue eating her food with the supplement and her stools had started to improve.
Sadly i started using Meowsupps too late in my cats life to notice any long term difference and had to have my fur baby put to sleep within the first month.
I would still highly recommend Meowsupps.

I bought off them one time then noticed that they had taken £77 out of my bank for a subscription that I had no idea of!!
I am demanding a refund as we speak! They keep coming back to me with please confirm that you want a refund of 60%, when I have already told them that I want a refund!!
Do NOT use them!

I hate this product... also they put me into a subscription I had no knowledge about!! More of this terrible product is on the way!! How dare you Meow Supps, cancel and refund right away or I will take this to court!!

I ordered the first batch of Meowsupp Taurine in August but it didn't arrive until I was on holiday. The subscription means the second batch is now on its way even though I still have most of the first batch. I sent an email requesting the second batch not be sent. I received an extremely helpful email from Charlotte at Meowsupp and have now paused the subscription until I require the 3rd batch. The Taurine is very good and I now use a small amount on top of the wet cat food until the cats get used to it. Charlotte suggested this but I'd already started this pattern in the hope my cats would take to it - so far so good. Thank you, Charlotte for you prompt and helpful reply❤️

After trying this product for 2 weeks I can see an improvement in the cats fur and in a small weight gain. It's early days yet but I will continue as they are eating it without complaint and it seems to be going them good.
