This is an honest review from my experience in ordering from this company, not on the product itself.

I have tried in multiple occasions to try and obtain the numbing gel and failed! The ordering process is very simple however, actually getting the product from the warehouse to your door seems an issue; though I had no issues obtaining the cream.
I had tried to have the gel delivered to another address in a different area in case it had been a rogue delivery person, but no same issue to that address too.
I will say that customer service is pretty good, each person that has responded to my emails have been polite and very helpful - even trying to send another out! Obtaining a refund on delivery fees for the failed next day service and then ultimately refund on the product itself was no issue at all.

I think if the logistics of sending product was looked at, possibly in giving options to the customer for who they want to deliver this may help issues.

I can't say that I will return to purchase until things are improved, reliable suppliers are a must in business especially when you rely on the product to assist in what you do.

Wow oh wow . You will never and i mean NEVER find a better numbing cream than this product . Literally could be dragged naked through a rose bush and not feel a thing !!! Used it for several tattoo pieces both on myself and clients and GAME CHANGER!!!!
Im excited to try the numbing gel to use during a session once skin is broken . Wonderful bloody product !!! Faithful fan now

Unbelievable!!!! I got the ultra version. I have many many tattoos and never used numbing. I can’t cope with pain and all my tattoos were awful with pain. I am a weakling when it comes to them. I struggle bad but I love tattoos so I’ve put up with it. So I thought Id try this. I had zero confidence it would work that well but I thought if it took the edge off a little or lasted for like an hour
Or so then that’s something. I applied it as thick as possible and wrapped with cling wrap 1.5 hours before my appointment making sure to tape up the cling wrap at the top and bottom sealing the area completely. I did not feel a single thing during my 5 hour session. NOT A THING. It was still numb 3 hours after my session ended it’s crazy to me just how numb I was. I was worried some reviews were maybe fake or exaggerated but they aren’t. I got a black out on 70 percent of my arm. The numb is wearing off now and it’s painful lol. But there was zero feeling during the tattoo. If u want to guarantee you will be totally numb just do what I did. Worth every penny and more.

I cannot recommend this enough. I have personally tried and tested it on myself and it really does work. I use both the cream before I start my spmu work then the gel through out. All my clients who have used it have said they do not feel a thing. 10/10 for me

What a product, I had a tattoo over my knee today and all I can say is WOW this numbing cream is next level amazing, I put it on at 9.30am and my knee is still numb now at 5.45pm after sitting through a 4 hour knee tattoo. If I could give this more stars I would do, 10/10

Asked a number of times what the Ingredients are and the % but every message and social media post I have commented on has been ignored. This is general information which most practitioners need for Insurance purpose but they avoid giving this information. AVOIDED.

Only left on for 6 minutes got huge red spots were it had been (should of tested smaller area before my face) and didn’t numb as much as other products which is disappointing as the reviews were great

Excellent customer service, I had a small issue with an order that was totally my fault, I spoke to customer service over WhatsApp and they sorted it out even though they didn’t have to. This kind of service is what will keep me using this company. Thank you again it really was appreciated.

Really good cream! 10-10 but side effects are deathly pale lips
