Awful company, clothes are nothing like the pictures advertised. Do not shop here, you will not get your money back when you want to return it and the customer service team are useless.

Purchased item did not fit. Returned item unworn with tags intact and within allowed return time. Did not receive refund.

This company has made an account using my name and given themselves two separate, fraudulent five star ratings.

Assume all the 5 stars are fake from China, just like their clothing. Terribly made tat, you’d get better quality from down the market, no joke.

To return it cost me £14 to track it back to China. They said on receipt they’ll refund. This was 4 weeks ago now, I have chased them 3 times and no response.

This company is a CON don’t fall for it.

I returned my order - the quality of the clothing was terrible. It cost me £11 (tracker delivery) to return to Wuhan in China. The item was received by them on 4th July, they are not giving me my money back, stating once they receive it I will get my money back.

THEY HAD IT 4th JULY.

Robbing thieves.

I bought 3 hoodies of which 1 broke immediately (seams broke), second one was broken within the package (had dragged between something) and third one was just pretty poor quality overall. Wont recommend and will encourage others not to use it since their customer support didnt respond in anyway within 2 months of my contact towards them.

These people are scammers! I ordered a sweatshirt and I never got it. They even gave me a fake tracking number that does not work at all!

I purchased a few T-shirts and jumpers. The product received did not meet expectations set by the website. The material feels cheap and doesn't breathe - certainly doesn't meet their claim to "soft & comfortable". Wouldn't buy from this mob again so much so that they offered me store credit for my disappointment (clearly missed the point of my feedback) and i turned it down.

Never received my item. The tracking number was bogus. This is clearly fraud. Do NOT do business with this company. I have emailed them twice with no results except them giving me a bogus tracking number. I placed the order before Christmas and today in Jan 8.

HORRIBLE IN PERSON. DOES NOT LOOK LIKE PICTURE ON WEB SITE AT ALL. TOOK FOREVER TO GET. CANT CALL. NO PHONE. NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL.STAY AWAY!

These people are scammers. They take your money and do not deliver. Total rip off. Buyer beware.

Great products - great service, helpful team - went the extra mile for me and I will shop there again for sure.

This company should be out of business. The only way to contact is through email, and they do not even respond to that. I sent in a return over a month ago. I have not received an email nor have I received a refund. Every time I email them regarding the matter, I get an automated email saying that they will respond within 24-48 hours. This is POOR business!!!

All the positive reviews are fake click the persons name that reviewed it 5 stars and every single one will have get on fleek and slickwrap rated 5 stars with a fake good caption I ordered from get on fleek have yet to receive my items can’t get in contact with them and my tracking order is fake

Ordered some clothes, clothes took too long to arrive. Returned the clothes for a refund with tracking. Clothing received by getonfleek 15 days ago and there has been no communication since. No refund issued. Avoid this company if possible.

I loved it! Great quality jersey, was even better when i was wearing it.

My dad says hes gonna burn it but I just loved it hahah The info about time is accurate, but I did have a shipment delay because my country was a complete mess by the day the item arrived, it took one week longer but thats not getonfleeks fault. Btw amazing support for shoppers. 10/10 would buy again.
