Legit company from my experience

I’ve been a member of join Piper since mid November. I have always had fast responses through customer service and my medicine shows up on time. I have not noticed any discrepancies with their billing policy and everyone has been very transparent with me. This is not a bot review, I am a normal person who was also skeptical about trying a new company. I did see that some people said they have problems with their billing and their shipments however that has not been an issue for me. I’m currently down 40 pounds!

100% satisfied so far.

I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews. My experience has been flawless. Easy to get approved, meds arrive extremely quickly, and customer service has responded fairly quickly to any question I have had and been helpful. Arrives packaged well and meds started working almost immediately and I am very satisfied so far!

Started Dec 11 2025 and its now Feb 28…

Started Dec 11 2025 and its now Feb 28 2026. Worthless and ineffective. I've been on it now for 4 months and NOTHING, not one bit of appetite suppression, nothing. $1300 wasted! They should be forced to return everyone's money and possibly prosecuted but I'm sure they are laughing all the way to the bank.

Think product is watered down or…

Think product is watered down or something-emailed them. Did not get anything resolved! Spent alot of money! My friends tried other companies after me and they are having better results.

Bogus medication

Bogus medication. Doesn’t work at all. Poor customer service. Getting a refund when medication doesn’t arrive is a nightmare. Wasted over $1000 on this shotty company. DO NOT USE THEM FOR WEIGHT LOSS MEDS!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service, lag times getting back to you, just not a great company overall. If you are new to taking a GLP one, I would recommend starting with another company that walks you through step-by-step and has a telemedicine visit with you. This one just took basic information and prescribed medication. It was quite sketchy.

Bad customer service and fraudulent company

Bad customer service, they only have responded to 1 email about dosage but not about the defective vial of medication, no phone number to call.
Prescription arrived with a defective cap, no reply from customer service or doctor about this issue or a remedy to the meds, I am afraid to take the medication and I called the number for the pharmacy, it has no information or name on the voice mailbox, I left a message to call me but what do you think happened, nothing.

Need better customer service

Their products are decent, especially for pricing compared to other U.S. compound companies, but they have very slow customer service. It's next to impossible to get a response. I asked the doctor who told me to ask customer support and have been messaging them for days with no response. I have a serious question about the BUD date on my med. They've just left me hanging. I even tried to call the pharmacy directly at the number on my vial but no one will answer. Order Number: P4355479

I had the exact same experience as one of the other reviewers. My package never came, but thank god I used Klarna because I will be able to open a claim with them to let them know that I never got my package. I even contacted UPS to file a claim about not getting my package, but nothing has been found. There’s no responses from the company via email and there’s no active phone number. All you get is an AI response that says you’ll get a team member to help, but that never happens. I keep emailing to say I want a refund and my membership cancelled and I get zero response. I’ve gotten zero response about my missing package as well. It’s a total scam and they shouldn’t be allowed to advertise anymore!

I would give less stars if I could. This site is a scam. I had to file a dispute with Affirm to get my money back. Thank God I went through Affirm or I'd be out close to $700. I was approved, script sent to Pharmacy and received shipping information from UPS and then I received a rescheduled delivery notice from UPS. At that point all comms stopped. The company would not respond to messages or emails and the phone number link is invalid, go figure. I switched to them from another company and now I have to find another company because I do not have my medication.

Lowest Dose, No customer support

You never talk with a doctor. I just joined and in the application stated that I’ve already been taking semaglutide at a certain dose and they completely ignored that and sent me the lowest dose which will do nothing. Money down the drain. Since I didn’t get what I paid for and they failed to read my notes, I’ll have to file a chargeback against join piper.

Do not buy ....

Having spent a small fortune 2 years ago on Piper I have realised these last few months it is simply no longer connecting so I can’t get live streaming as I used to. My theory is the company is moving to a monthly subscription model and possibly deliberate that unless you go this route your devices are no longer of any use. Super annoyed

This isn't it

If you want something that just works this isn't it.

Have two different models at two different locations, and have to log out and into the app with different usernames, in a very slow app.

Enable and disable of alarm is a super slow experience due to the slow app.

Can not have the siren active, because if it is started by accident it takes minutes for the app to connect to the piper to disable the alarm. The device seems unable to communicate with the app on my iPhone 6+ while the device is recording video due to the alarm, despite excellent wifi connection and broadband internet connection.

Usually have to go into the extreme alarm sound, pull down the unit and place it between pillows untill a connection is finally made to stop it.

The HD unit has a lot of static noise on the remote video sound.

The door sensor at the non HD unit location often does not get the status sent despite a 10m distance.

Contact to the company did not help on these things.

Great concept - terrible experience.

Really excited to have found Piper

Wanted a camera for my home that doesn't require a monthly fee, some way just to keep an eye on things. Pleasantly surprised that this has two way voice chat so I can see my kids while I'm at work, and we can talk with each other. Mobile app is clean and straightforward; able to move the camera a bit.

Bigger plus was that this is like Dropcam but with home automation built it. Watching home, the mobile app controls various other things such as lighting and electricity through the software in the camera. Use that to automatically turn things off (or on) when on vacation but also to automate some things while you're home! If the camera sees me, I can have it turn on the lights in the room.
