Sadly, error after error, despite paying a hefty fee for private service. Poor comms and poor management of expectations. It would have been one star, however, they were trying to get it right - and did sort out another discussion with doctor after they had unfortunately fouled up with providing him with scan and report docs for the first call.
Also - one person tried to take ownership, but support to them was disappointing / non-existent.

Very friendly staff we actually got lost in Milton Keynes whilst on route which made us 30 minutes late for the appointment but still welcomed with do not worry it’s fine

The whole process was prompt and straightforward and communications were excellent.

Website was easy to use, found the service I needed and made the appointment request. The rest was set up by text and a phone call with a doctor, followed by my MRI. I got my scan quicker than expected too, which was a bonus.

I'd injured my knee, I knew it was bad and something tore, I went to urgent care and was fobbed off by the "professional fobber offer". After 4 weeks of pain and zero improvement, I decided to get my own MRI, I prefer science to guesswork. Honestly, if you know you have a problem, you know, just scrape up your cash and get it done! Now I'm waiting on a referral through my Dr.

I can't recommend it enough, if you're thinking about forking out for a scan, you're worried, so go get it done, it's quick and easy with GetScanned, and you don't really need to pay another 50 quid to talk about it after, just get your images and report and submit your results to your GP or whomever, they'll tell you about it.

The service was very good, I'm happy I got it done, I'm going to be hobbling about for a long time I'm sure, but at least I know I was right and I know what the problem is.

Excellent service. Made getting an MRI for my knee a very simple process. Their ongoing communication was excellent and they helped me get access to my report and all scan images very quickly.

When I was told by my GP a MRI scan was a 3 months wait plus another 6 weeks for the report I panicked. No way could I be in this pain amount for so long. Even my GP asked if I could go Private! Looking on the web I came across Get Scanned. Such an easy process to navigate through I managed to secure a scan only a few days away. Yes my hubby had to drive me to a scanner in the next County but that was a small price to pay.
This company was terrific. Kept me informed about everything, secured a scan date and time, spoke with a doctor to find the reason for the scan and the scan process itself was so easy. Everyone I spoke to or came face to face with along the way were lovely kind and thoughtful. Also they were very competitive with the price.

Excellent communication from start to finish and beyond!
The gentlemen doing the scan were lovely and friendly, completely putting me at ease.
The full body MRI is a long process but they really made it very relaxed.
The GP I dealt with (Dr Shivali Patel) took me through my results and even issued me with referrals for further treatment.
When I had difficulty with using the app I had a lovely gentleman (Arjun Nair) go out of his way to help me. Nothing has been too much trouble for anyone I've had the pleasure to deal with.
Highly recommend this service to anyone!!
