Scammers. It literally charged me after i cancelled it and they said it wasn’t but i clearly see that my plan was cancelled then they charge and say it is not possible to refund me

Avoid !Scamming art in all its glory. I challenge you to buy a one-week subscription and just use what you bought. You are going to end up $20-£14.99 down for only using the app for what is supposed to be a Pro subscription. Avoid . I d rather do the work myself . Then I got a reply "we are really sorry..." I am extremely dissatisfied with Getsolved.ai. I originally signed up for what I believed was a single week to test the service, only to be hit with a massive 150 AED charge for a renewal I didn't want.

Even worse, the tool simply does not work as advertised. The "humanizer" feature is completely ineffective and fails to bypass even basic AI detectors. I reached out to support (Daniel) to explain that I haven't even used the service since the first day because of the poor quality, but they hid behind "policy" and refused to offer a refund for a product that doesn't perform.
