Joy is a wealth of knowledge! She is incredibly patient, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about both her craft and her clients. She provides clear instructions and offers modifications for all skill levels, always tailoring her approach to your pace and ability.
She has completely transformed my understanding of the female body and what it is capable of. Not only is she an exceptional teacher, but she’s also a wonderful person with a great sense of humor that makes every session enjoyable.
Her studio is lovely, spacious, and clean. I truly cannot recommend her highly enough. If you’re considering working with her, go—you won’t regret it!
