Since first walking into a gym some 15 years ago my entire approach towards training has shifted. Over the past decade and a half I’ve realized that put simply: training is a life enhancement tool. I help others harness the power of training in a way that it complements their life & doesn't inhibit it.
Nothing but great things to say about Jack! I’d gotten into a bit of a rut with training and remaining consistent in going to the gym but Jack has helped me get back on track and meet the goals that I’ve set out for myself after losing a lot of progress.
As well as keeping me on track with structured and realistic training goals he has also helped keep me accountable when I find myself slipping out of my routine that I’m trying so hard to build.
I’ve put the muscle back on that I’d lost through lack of training with Jacks guidance via my diet and functional strength training which culminated in putting 15kg of weight back on reaching my goal as well as noticing a large increase in strength!
I’ve enjoyed my experience so much that I am excited to start the block of training with him over the next 12 weeks and for the foreseeable future!

Jack's programs are unique and have kept me engaged with training for a longer period of time than ever before. Programs are specific to the individual and their circumstances and he's always on hand to provide advice, support and encouragement.
The holistic approach to both training and nutrition has made the programs easy to follow and considerate of work and social commitments bringing more balance into weekly routines. The best takeaway so far is in the results, I'm personally healthier than I have been for several years (5kg down in 4 months) and enjoying training.
From the beginning Jack has made every effort to get to know the person he is working with and from there can work out how best to help, wether that’s the motivation he gives with the checks in, or how he can tailor the workouts depending on my situation with work/life balance.
The most engaging and helpful PT I’ve had and that is every day no matter what he will answer your question or come up with a video to help guide. He makes you feel like you are his only client in the time and attention he provides!

I started my journey with Jack knowing close to nothing about structured strength training and went into it with a goal to improve my strength and nutrition for my running.
To say the difference over three months has been amazing would be an understatement. The strength classes themselves have been so easily to follow, enjoyable to do, and fast to show results.
But for the me, the real highlight has been working with Jack to understand more about what I am and what I should be putting in my body by way of nutrition. I have a whole new knowledge bank and have loved working with Jack to create a strength and nutrition plan personal to me. I said “working with” Jack because I really felt like we were a team achieving a goal together, all formulated by Jack’s brilliant programming and knowledge.

Genuinely has changed my life + lifestyle massively. My sleep has drastically improved, a lot more REM+Deep sleep being achieved on a daily basis. My training is flexible and suits my lifestyle which has created better results. My eating has changed considerably, going from eating 1400 calories to 2400 calories whilst loosing weight and retaining muscle. I am down a bit whopping 5kg and this is only the start. Jack is an amazing person and has helped me throughout whilst being the coach I needed. Simply cannot recommend the man enough!

Highly recommend! Really improved my fitness overall for rugby. I was injured and didn’t have much I could do without getting bored, but this really helped and I saw a visible improvement on field and in the gym. Jack was also very approachable and gave good assistance when I needed it.
I’ve been working with Jack for almost 9 months on a fully remote basis. He is a great coach and fun to work with. He is super responsive and creative in building programs that meet my goals and hectic schedules. He also finds a great balance of keeping me on task while understanding I’m not going to be perfect in my daily adherence. Highly recommend working with him.

Jack was very knowledgeable and helped me realise where I was going wrong with my training, the movement screen was so helpful for me to learn how poorly I was moving and how I needed to make a change with my training.
Jack is a brilliant coach. Not only does he run interesting workouts; he also caters them to you. He has been great in terms of flexibility and will always send you your workout if you miss one. I have really enjoyed his training and hope to continue it in the future.
Jack was very thorough in reviewing my background and previous coaching and exercising experiences and he gave me some great pointers at the same time he was already gently challenging my not so ideal behaviors highlighting areas that require some rethinking and changing. He is a great coach really committed to his job. We had our initial interview just the week after he had to go take care of an injury and even then he was ready to start again.
