This is not the right company to work for and they give you a hard time to pay your money. I don't recommend this company at all.

I completed several jobs for this company, but I still have not been paid after one week. I have already sent an email, and I was told that I would be paid soon. However, I am still waiting. You have already received payment from your clients, and my Payoneer account is fully verified and ready to receive funds. There is no reason for this delay.

Many other drivers have also reported the same issue. This is completely unprofessional and shows a serious lack of respect for the people who do the work.

In my area, there are not many drivers available. If you continue delaying payments, you will lose both drivers and customers because customers will simply take regular street taxis instead. Paying drivers on time helps keep good drivers on your platform.

I also hope you will process my payment as soon as possible and reconsider your 30% commission, which is very high for drivers.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working with this company until they start paying drivers on time and improve their treatment of drivers.

This is a complete scam! They recruit hard working drivers all over the world and then do not pay them for their completed rides. There are Facebook groups and Reddit threads confirming that drivers all over the world are getting scammed by the Get Transfer. If you are driver, DO NOT work with them. If you are looking to book a ride, DO NOT use this service as they are stealing your payment from the drivers actually doing the work. They need to be shut down immediately.

In april heb ik via Get Tranfer een taxi geboekt en betaald, die me van Bangkok Airport naar Jomtien zou brengen. De chauffeur kwam niet opdagen en het bedrijf heeft nog steeds mijn geld niet terug gestort, Rappel mailtjes blijven onbeantwoord. Ik voel me zwaar bestolen.

We had a great polite helpful driver, Sergii, from Porto to Lisbon. The Tesla was clean and rode very smoothly. We enjoyed conversation with Sergii. Also communication before the trip was excellent.

Beware: This Company is a Scam for UK-Based Drivers
As a taxi driver based in Glasgow UK, I strongly advise against working with this company. They have not paid me for the work I completed, and it seems this is a common issue among other drivers as well. They continuously delay payments with excuses like system errors and extended waiting periods. To make matters worse, they have all my personal details, and I’m concerned about potential identity theft. Please be cautious and avoid this company at all costs!

Scam went to Brugge taxi driver called us to say GetTransfer. not paid him , so he wasn’t able to pick us up avoid at all costs pure scam !
