they have all these surveys that make no sense of what so ever and you need to have 500 dollars to withdraw, not 50, not 5, but 500. the task is written 10dollars and when you done 30 cents or nickels, don't know what you call them. its a scam, i am convinced ....

Did these surveys for ages and then lost all my points as they changed the way you claimed them and apparently they couldn’t be transferred over. Decided to carry on completing them and
I was accruing points no problem then suddenly out of the blue they closed my account down wjth me once again losing all the points. Apparently they said they had tried to contact me but I looked back even in my junk Mail and nothing. Told me I would have to open a new account. Nope won’t be doing that as it’s clearly a total scam.

Slave Labour!! You have to do about 30 surveys to get 1500 points and only then, you can claim a voucher. Guess what the 1500 points is worth?? A measly £1. Don't waste your time or effort with this company. My time is worth much more than this. What a joke lol.

Despite what else you read here, I have had a good experience! I complete the TV and radio surveys each day and it only takes about 2 minutes. You get awarded points and the points can be used for a very wide range of vouchers. I use mine for Amazon vouchers. The only downside is that it takes 10 days of reviews to get enough points for a £1.00 voucher.

Branded Surveys should stop collaborating with these scammers. They are an enormous waste of time.

They advertise the survey as being 5 minutes long on the Branded Surveys site, although these take more than double to complete when redirected to the GFK website. Very dishonest and disgusting!!!

I like the topic the surveys are about as it's TV. It's good being able to give your opinion on things. When you just got a very occasional voucher as it would be for most people, and of a very low amount, it wasn't enough compensation for the time you put in. Now you get points to swap for vouchers and in that way it's an improvement but still one of the less generous survey sites. Also customer service is poor, they just stopped replying to me after a follow-up.email.and I had to solve a problem myself. The site is a good concept but needs to be better.

I don’t like the way they changed it.. i actually preferred the raffles to win vouchers…

They give points for surveys. Unlike most survey companies, these cannot be exchanged for anything useful, just draws in a lottery.

Now they have chosen to delete everyone's points, so all the surveys have been completed for no reward.

GFK MEDIAVIEW IS A TOTAL SCAM

I was initially put off by the fact that, unlike other survey sites and apps, you do not build up redeemable points to "spend" but instead must use them to "buy" raffle tickets. However, given that it only takes 2-3 minutes per day (compared to, say, filling out a 20 minute survey in return for a handful of Nectar points) the ratio between effort and chances of winning is very good - so far I have won £20 of shopping vouchers in less than 12 weeks!

It's quite difficult to put politely what I fell about this organisation. I could call them scammers or con artists, but that really doesn't cover quite how they operate.
When you sign up it's all very positive "you could win, etc" they reality is the chances of winning anything are miniscule, and if you do it will be an utterly insignificant amount - £1, £2, maybe £5. They send links to lists of alleged "winners" many of the names seem to appear regularly. They send multiple emails every day, bordering on harassment at times, if you don't complete the daily survey. Customer service is unresponsive/non-existent.

They are an appalling company dealing with them is waste of time and effort for basically no reward. The get a 100% AVOID rating from me.

With GFK Media View, the only payment is via a lottery. I have never won a thing by completing the seven surveys a week. I found that the only way to gain was to complete one or two surveys and enter the bronze draw for £1 a week, which I probably won every two weeks. Now that is cancelled - you earn as many points and enter draws for £5, £10, or £15.
Every week I see the same names winning prizes in several categories, while I earn nothing. Giving it another two weeks using their new format, and if I feel unappreciated after that, it will be goodbye.

Far too much hassle for little return. They pester you with repeated emails every day if you don't do the survey. Their new website isn't very user friendly and the chances of actually getting/winning anything for your time and trouble is tiny. At best you'll end up with a £1 or £2 voucher.

I've done it for a few months but I'm sick of their constant pestering emails so I have packed it in.

Enjoyed giving my views about pre-selected UK TV & Radio programmes but i am giving up after a couple of months (approx 120 short surveys @ 2 per day) as it is not worth my time as the chances of winning anything seems extremely low. I signed up via Pick My Postcode thinking I could redeem the accumulated points at some point but no, you have to win a lottery, and there are several tiers to them. I thought these were extras and should have read the T&C's more closely. It would be helpful and more transparent if GfK Media View published the odds of winning anything (and some findings and outcomes of the surveys). A few months ago I was awarded £50 by yougov UK (5000 points at 50 approx per survey - so can take a year or more as in my case as I don't do them all as they are quite long); and have earned 5000+ points from swagbucks since October 2022 (this included a bonus joining credit via monneysavingexpert.com) which can now be redeemed for £50 cash via paypal. Neither of these latter two are perfect (don't recommend playing the mobile games) but at least you do get some realistic cash in the end.

Scam and Spam. They send a large number of emails every day trying to get you to fill this information. I have reqiuested my my account to be fully dleeted and any information sotred about me. I have also requetd a copy of any information they have help about me in the past.

I think this is a terrible and fraudulent company (and I will be reporting as such at every opportunity I get).

I religiously filled in their surveys for a long time (I took them seriously and enjoyed doing them). Suddenly without any warning, my account was terminated without any real explanation.

Because I did these surveys every day for a couple of years, I accumulated a large number of points which would have converted to a sizable Amazon voucher (they refused to pay out what was owed to me). So, in effect, I did all that work for nothing.

AVOID this survey panel.

I joined and quite enjoyed doing different surveys until i was getting somewhere with points and then suddenly i can't log in no more..They gave me the usual rubbish we reserve the right to remove anybody.I didn't understand what i had done,what could've i have done that was so bad.Anyway time is better spent else where like Lifepoints.

Wish I'd checked here before joining!I read an advert saying you earn £2 amazon vouchers for doing surveys so I joined only to find out they are for prize draws which I never win ! I hate doing surveys for prize draws as the companies get paid and we do not! Avoid this one!

To reiterate what others say, I feel this is a waste of time.
They have a scheme where you enter a draw to win vouchers by answering surveys, but to be honest I'd rather accumulate points knowing I will actually get paid , as I never win a voucher, yet as others have pointed out, some people seem to win several times in the same week....so I'm really sceptical.
From now on, if they send me a survey, I will just ignore it...they can scam some other mug!

I’ve been filling out these TV and radio surveys for a few years and would regularly get a small cash reward for doing so, however I haven’t had anything for well over a year and although it just takes a couple of minutes each day to fill out it’s just not worth the effort.

Doesn't take a lot of time covering which TV & Radio programmes you tend to tune into it. Gives so many points each time which can be used for prize draws. Not sure how probable it is at actually winning any of them though. Interesting enough if you want to give your television/radio impressions each day.
