I have been using GFX tools for a long time, but recently the experience has become extremely frustrating. The platform has become very heavy and slow. Even when I open the dashboard with only one tab, my laptop starts heating up and the system performance drops significantly.

A tool that is supposed to make work easier should not make the system struggle just by opening it. The interface feels overloaded and poorly optimized compared to earlier versions.

I used to like this tool, but now it feels like the developers keep adding features without caring about performance or usability. It turns a simple workflow into something unnecessarily complicated.

At this point, I’m seriously considering switching to alternatives because the current experience is far from smooth or professional.

i purchased 2 days ago from gfxtoolz premium tools plan and i payed 999 after 2 days they block my account and cant reply me concerns .

really pethentic and bad experience with gfxtooz please respond my query and fix my problem related to account

Scammer platform!
this platform is cheater blocked my account without any reason and support team is third class and unresponsive, all tools not works properly, very slow website loading issues.

Dont waste your money here...

Terrible Experience – Avoid Gfxtoolz.com

I had a very bad experience with Gfxtoolz.com. After making a payment, they blocked me without providing the service I paid for. Their customer support is unresponsive and unprofessional. I want to warn others – don’t trust this site. Their service is poor, and they might scam you like they did to me. Be careful and don’t waste your money here.

I tried GFXToolz recently and it turned out to be a fraud platform. I was just testing their newly launched AI (ElevenLabs) on my phone, and suddenly I noticed that my plan had expired. I went ahead and renewed my plan on PC, but within just 1 day they blocked my account, simply because I logged in from multiple devices.

This is totally unfair and feels like a scam. Instead of supporting users, they block accounts without warning.

Customer support also blocked me, third class service and scammer platform looting money by blocking accounts.

Edited: GFXToolz is a third-class provider and a complete scam platform.
They have stolen tools from AzadSEO, SEOBDTools, Digitavision, and many other genuine providers, yet they accuse others of stealing. I have attached proof of their fraud. Don’t trust their replies – many people are reporting the same issues like me, as they keep blocking accounts without reason. This is a scammer platform, stay away!

Every Month there are multiple new tools are added which is good to have and that too with a separate private access for these kind of services is best to provide, another important point is that in some of the services which are shared, people usually cancel the generations which sometimes make difficult to continue for the services which you guyz should check how these can be handled. However here are some quick points why I am taking gfxtools month on month - quick support if any of the tools have issues or if you don't know which tool to use, vast set of tools as compared to the options in the market and at the affordable prices when comparing the benefits we are receiving. I wish you guys all the best and looking forward to have more tools at the affordable pricing.

Gfxtoolz my account block, only 4 day i am use and no refund money top india no 1 scammer. This tools all bangladeshi tools all time no active no good service cara full this fake service use gfxtoolz

They blocked my account due to multiple logins. They shared my password to block me. I was using my account from a single IP. I told they this is not my fault but they blocked my account just 9 days after purchase.

I used there service for 1 year and after that I don't know what happened they banned my account and on contacting support they never replied for 2 months straight and when they did they said I shared my account and failed to solve blaming customer for the issue!

I am sure my id and password were leaked from their website and the customer support is too dumb to solve problem and they don't treat customers good.

I paid for a one-month subscription, but my access was revoked after only 23 days. When I tried to log in, the site told me "You Do Not Have an Active Membership."

I contacted their support team multiple times via email, live chat, and WhatsApp, but they completely ignored me, and my account is still down, with no explanation or resolution.

This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. If you're considering subscribing, be warned—this company may take your money and leave you with nothing. Terrible service, zero customer support!

inki service bahot hi buri hai jab bhi koi importnat project ke liye inke koi bhi tools use karne jate hai to problem hi milti hai or ye bahot se tools dene ka wada karte hai but usme se bas 2 se 3 hi tools use kar pate hai jyadatar tools me subsribption mangta hai ya to login hi nahi ho pata, uper se koi complain karte hai to inki team wale bolte hai ki "agar aapko itni dikkat ho rahi hai to kyu use karte ho aap agli bar se mat lena subsciption"

They ban accounts for no reason and don't mention any reason when contacted.

I bought their pack and most of the tools are either down or free plan. I tried mostly the Pika ai and junglescout. All time these are down. Their support is also non responsive.
After reporting, I didn't get any support. Extremely BAD experience
