Ghost Keyboards Avis 34

I had ordered the Ninja Turtles mouse for my collection as a big TMNT fan, and oh boy it’s actually just been on my shelf for months since it’s unusable. I’m under the impression they’re taking existing, lower quality Chinese mice (there are some pretty great mice coming from Asia recently) and making custom shells, but leaving everything else the same. The software you install is tucked away on their website, and installs in Mandarin by default. When you change to English, some of the portions of text are still in Chinese, and basics like DPI adjustments won’t work. The sensor the mouse uses is found in a lot of budget mice, but this is the first that has entirely locked up playing games. The cursor will basically stop, but the other buttons will still work. When I reached out to customer support, they emailed me saying the software language is based on whatever I have as my Windows default. The company is based in Canada but their app doesn’t come in French? 🤔 Just avoid at all costs.

Tried to order a replacement desktop mousepad for one of the desks they sell, took over a month to find out that they deemed the shipping too expensive to Canada. Had to follow up three times, huge waste of my time. Avoid.

They randomly cancelled my order of 200 euros because of a "incomplete adress" we did not give an apartment number but we dont live in an apartment. The help desk first replied that it was not possible that we didnt live in an appartment instead of just believing us. And we had to again explain that we dont live in an apartment. I dont understand how we had to mail back and forth multiple times for this. So yeah order cancelled and no real help or good feedback from the helpdesk.

First time with a gaming chair it’s taking some getting used to, but it seems legit probably the easiest chair I’ve put together. It feel solid for a guy that’s 350 pounds which I’ve experienced a lot less than that with higher weight ratings on other chairs. Fingers crossed things hold up.

I have been a TMNT fan since I was a kid. Even now the asthetics and design of this brings back a lot of fond memories of watching the show with my older brother. Thank you for making such a quality keyboard with the four radical brothers I enjoy.

I have had a few keyboards since joining the PCMaster in 2021. I have had the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro (great keyboard) to say the least a bit too bulky after about 6 months.
My second keyboard was also a Razer except it was a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro mini and let me tell you this keyboard kicks butt I loved every second of this great keyboard.
Once I saw the TMNT Ghost Keyboard I knew I had to have it. It has around 10 more keys than the V3 Pro mini. Like the arrow keys, delete button, home button and up and page up/down keys. (I'm not complaining) I am not a huge fan of RGB. You could say I got burnt out with "all" the RGB being pretty much on everything now-a-days especially on my PC and other RGB devices. But the RGB’s on this keyboard are AWESOME the swappable keys are SICK!! I and going to be rocking Leo or awhile than going to move to Mikey, Raf and Donny. I was still able to pick up the TMNT mouse and rocking the keyboard and mouse is like Dr. Pepper with and pizza (Cowabunga)

This mat looks amazing! Feels really well made and was shipped fast and well packed. The looks and feel of this desk pad is top notch!

Everything is extremely high quality for an awesome price. Yes it is expensive but if you add up everything you are getting it’s more than worth it easily in my opinion. Ghost always replies to every email I send quickly and they are super nice.

Ghost Keyboards makes the cutest tech and accessories every gamer girl needs in her life! I’ve had their keyboard for going on two years now and it’s my favorite part of my setup, it’s a cute mini keyboard (with RGB lighting of course) 10/10 would recommend.
I didn’t run into any issues but had questions about my keyboard and their pr and customer service team have been so helpful and sweet :)

Great customer service. I was contacted to see how satisfied I was with my keyboard. I am satisfied but have some issues with my Mac and keyboard as far as shortcuts. Customer service is working on these issues and will try to resolve it. Very pleased so far

My package was damaged and delayed then they sent out a replacement asap problem solved in a couple of business days 👍🏽

Still haven't gotten what I paid for they responded fo trust pilot 3 days before they bothered to email me. Yet they keep asking for a review. I want my money back it's a scam

I love it, everything came just as advertised! I enjoy the fact that that the keys are interchangeable, but I wish it was possible to have 1 key per turtle to have them all on their if one wanted that. Other than that, mouse is smooth and keyboard has a great feel to it.

I decided to change my experience rating with GhostKeyboards they reached out and made things right, yes it took almost a week to get a reply from them but better late than never.

again, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle keyboard and Mouse look amazing. the keyboard switched feel very nice and now having software to back it up made this keyboard so much better.

the mouse software is a little buggy but maybe there will be some updates to it in the future. but as of now I am extremely happy for this purchase.

Great product. Looks great, keys give a nice click feedback, and the RGB patterns are awesome.

The look is amazing! Feels great, not super loud, and lights are a nice touch. The TMNT style was a no brainier! The keys are easy to switch out as well!

This customer service was horrible, I messaged them about my keyboard breaking they asked for a video so I sent a video of the problem I was having before they completely ghosted me, I sent multiple follow up emails to ask about what was happening but i never got a word back from them. do not order from this website.
(most of the things they sell here is completely overpriced you can basically get what they're selling on other sites for so much cheaper i wish i knew that before i ordered from here)

Keyboard is not great, I am having multiple issues with it and no solutions from costumer suppport yet. The return window is only 7 days so I'm now stuck with a keyboard that doesnt even work.

My problems with the keyboad are :
- Wireless connection is horrible, takes couple seconds to register key strokes. That is, when the keyboard decides to connect, which only happened the first time I opened it.
- Am unable to download software

Originally ordered the pewdiepie spacebar keycap, when the envelope arrived, it was unsealed and the keycap was nowhere to be found inside of it. Contacted them about it, they responded in a week saying how they'll send me a new keycap with further detail the next business day. A whole month goes by and nothing. Email, Twitter DMs, nothing. Had to file a dispute just to get my money back, yet they still openly advertise their products on social media. Any current creators partnered with this company please take your business elsewhere.
