The Bugatti of Vaporizers

This is a luxury experience. It is highly customizable and offers incredibly potent extraction. Yes, there's some maintenance. But considering this is basically the super car of vapes, it's 100% worth it.

If you're on the fence, don't be. Buy one, you won't regret it.

The web site experience--just…

The web site experience--just registering this $200 thing--was a nightmare. It *still* hasn't been registered. Bruce offered to do it (and back-handedly suggested that it was somehow my fault), and I just gave / give up.

The website is a disaster.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Asked about a part that was out of stock and got hooked up within a couple days. Can’t do much better than that. Thanks Virgil!

Ghost mv1 battery

I purchased a new ghost mv1 in October of 2019 from a shop in collierville tn. The 1st problem is how long it takes for a full charge. Advice is don't be in a hurry. The reason I dont recommend the ghost mv1 is the battery USB completely fell off. I had to purchase a quick charger 60 bucks.paid 38 dollars for priority overnight shipping. And had to wait 4 days. Dont be an a Sucker. Find another product and supplier.

This vape is amazing

This vape is amazing! It is easy to use and heats the herb to produce a excellent amount of vapors. My only issue with it is that the battery take a very long time to charge, almost 12 hours. I would purchase a second battery for backup but it is sold out everywhere I can find it online. If not for this I would give this vape 5 stars

I thought I loved the product and the service....

Love the product and the service. The only reason I can’t give them a “5” is because the extra battery packs and the fast charger are not available now. This creates a need to have a back up vape. Once that is resolved, this will be 5 star plus! (Half off of these accessories to those of us waiting wouldn’t hurt either.....😎).........I just dropped this rating from a 4 to a 2. My vape is having issues and the response I got from Virgil was less than helpful, or acceptable. I certainly hope he isn’t one of the owners of the company...”Response to your response”...I do NOT do video calls for anything, especially a vape. The issue is the unit, not how I’m using it. The haptics are NOT working. A solution instead of a headache would be nice.

Ordered one night and received 2 days later so far my experience with the Ghost has been exactly as I had hoped. Don’t know why they have been so deeply discounted. That made me think twice, but the reviews I had read convinced me that at the lower price, what could I lose

An honest review..I own a Firefly…

An honest review..I own a Firefly 2..absolute junk at original $329...impossible draw...battery life a sham. A shiny ex Apple guy developer experiment gone horribly wrong. Fake it ‘till ya make it scenario. The Firero of the vape world. Then my Mighty...German Mercedes class excellence setting the benchmark for all comparisons...long wait time for vape ready only downside. Lastly appears formidable Ghost MV 1..truly engineering perfection .Apple really screwed these guys removing the much desired app. Became aware post purchase which was a bit upsetting. Manual functioning not the preference but NO problem. Next...quick charger/spare battery special vaporized absolutely critical to restock this essential. Nitty gritty.. this unit is a 5 star+ by any standard. Prefer it over the Mighty...pure convection...single session-the amazing economy using crucible. Choice of draw resistance. Quick start up is amazing. flavor /cloud without equal in a portable . Would STRONGLY RECOMMEND a rubberized form fitting protector in an array of colours keeping holes for the functions.This thing is more slippery than an iPad/Pod very easy to drop. Also recommend selling the base unit with user choice package deals for maybe a set price ie any 3 items etc. for ?I wanted the unit and crucible loader/quick charger and to get part of the preferred items ended up with 2 items I’ll never use. Bottom line...just get one and support these awesome guys who are incredible in the customer service area. Believe me when I say “they are genuinely there for the customer”.
