Ghost Vapes sent me a replacement which arrived in less than 48 hours, and I live in Hawaii.

Loving the unit. My only two critics are: charging time!
- the first three temps are really low and I'd like a higher temp than 220 for the 5th setting, maybe 230!

I have not even gotten the Vapes yet but am SO angry! I frantically did research on Vapes on the morning of Dec 19 so that if I decided on the Ghost I could get my order in by THEIR Christmas deadline. My order went in at 8:01 and their deadline was midday Pacific time. These were to be my sons' big presents. I checked the tracking today on Christmas Eve to see what time they would be here and found out they aren't coming until next freaking Monday!! Five days after Christmas! Why have a deadline if it's completely bogus? So then I get on the chat and I get a reply stating their business hours. Ok well it is during business hours and .... Nothing! Terrible first impression of the company.

This is certainly a premium vape, love the on demand ability. It is a bit heavy and bulky but other than that this is my most frequently used vape now. Cant wait to see what ghost will do in the years to come with other models hopefully.

Love this vape! Purchased my second unit pretty recently (stealth black edition). This thing is a beast! My first unit was one of the very earliest models. I was already extremely satisfied with how it performed, didn't think there was anywhere left to go. Saw the black Friday deal and figured I'd finally snag a new one. Totally blown away by the updates. Rips hard consistently, very pleased.

Solid product. Works well but definitely could use some improvements. The mouth piece loosely sits in the vaporizer making it feel cheap. The dry herb containers are way to small and the air flow is only great if you really pull on it. Wouldn't recommend to a medical user the fuss and size of the dry herb containers ruins the whole experience.

I started with Ghost from pre available time. There has been a few bugs worked out sence then. Ghost has always weather with a pic or a video responded perfectly. And on top of it all has even sent me a loner to use wile we worked on the issue. So I would not go without. Beet that. As for the MV1 I now own 2 and have a loner I will offer to buy if thay make me offer on it instead of shipping it back. Love my MV1'S they may take a moment to learn how to use but work so well that even with a smaller boul size at times I have to put it down and get back to it latter this also saves me product. Although I feel to get the full spectrum form your weed its best to do it all at once as I start on low and bring the temp up as I go, smooth cool and taste great FANTASTIC all the way around. (JUST BUY IT) LOL

I like the vaporizer despite very confusing belabored instructions. Most frustrating of all is TOTAL LACK OF TELEPHONE SUPPORT. have to wait 24 hours or more for replies to questions one wants immediately.

To start, I own a S&B Volcano. The flavor is consistent. The crucible burns evenly. I can get good draws. It is very well-built, feels great in the hand. I would highly recommend this!!!

Excellent vapor quality when all variables are in line ie. Flower course grind, bottom of heatsink is clean of oil/debris, heat-sink is air tight, battery is near full charge. Regular maintenace of this unit is required for consistent quality vapor. Small loose bowls for flower, half a lentil size for concentrates. Anymore and it gets messy. Note that it really starts to rip once its heated up and have already gone through one crucible. I found the crucible dispenser to be a must for quick sessions for the more seasoned smokers. Also having the extra crucibles around for their lids is good too. Things tend to get sticky so a quick swap will keep the session going. I plan to get a second battery as I can go through 75% of a battery within the hour. The app should have the ability to lower haptic feedback intensity or adjust how much light the leds emit to possibly preserve/extend battery life..? Overall it gets the job done very well and its pretty discreet. Perfect replacement for a dab rig as it handled concentrates better then I imagined. There are separate processes for flower bud and concentrates, so be sure to read through instructions. This is my second Ghost MV1 as I got rid of the last one hoping they would work through some of the kinks, which they did. If they develop a new model I hope they honor a trade-in option for the new model. Although, I can't imagine how to improve on this one.

I love this vaporizer. I highly recommend a second battery and the speed charger to avoid ever having to wait for a charge. Great flavor and very effective. Customer service is awesome!!

I have much enjoyed using my Ghost Vape for more than a year. I feel it is the best product for flower vaping that I have tried. I have been so pleased with mine, that I have purchased three others as gifts. The instruction videos are clear and helpful. Customer service is as excellent as the product itself! If I could rate Ghost Vapes with even more stars, I would!!
