I asked if they had read it, they said they had. I asked which part they found most impactful. I received a generic answer that could apply to any book.
Even if they provide the service they claim, they are dishonest.

They scammed me for around 4k last year - send me a fake video of an actor playing Sylvester Stallone "pushing" my book.
Stay away.

Company can help all the way with everything even enhancing old and damaged pictures and make them look great. I was able to publish both in Czech and English on several platforms . Also I ordered 20 copies of my memoir, was delivered within 10 days to Europe and there are much better quality paper them those ordered from Amazon
