I purchased a publishing company not realizing they don't know how to publish a book. They keep stalling me from getting my refund as it was in writing in the email if not happy will refund me AND now they're keeping me from getting my refund!
This is a true scam. Don't even think about using this fellow. He's a one-man operation trying to pose as a company. He uses filthy language when you tell him you're not interested in working with his "so-called company" and is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. His pricing is crazy. He quote $7000 as the fee, then says, "for this day only, he can reduce it to $1000.' Beware, and really vet people before hiring them and stay away from this guy at all costs. If something looks too good to be true, yeah, it is.
BEWARE!! I entered into a contract on March 10, 2022 with Ghostwriting Wizard, also called Paramount Ghostwriters. I have found three addresses: 537 South Broadway Suite 200, LA, CA 90013; 444 South Flower Street, Citigroup Centre, Los Angeles, CA 90071 and 99 Wall Street, New York City, 10005. None of their posted telephone numbers work on any of their 3 websites. Ghostwriting Wizard/Paramount Ghostwriters President is Richard Brown, Lead Account Manager Rick Jordan, Account Manager Charmaine Anthony and Account Manager Breshkai Davis. I hired Ghostwriting Wizard to help me write a book about my life that started with my brother’s death that took place on Dec 18, 2021. The book was going to start and end at his funeral and I would reflect back throughout my life recollecting events that happened to both of us. I have a signed contract guaranteeing that if I am not 100% satisfied, I can have a full refund. I also have a recorded message of Rick Jordan confirming this on May 6th. After multiple back and forth versions of chapter 1 and even just the outline, I decided this company was not suitable for me and on May 13th I requested my full refund. After constant stall tactics, on June 6th Rick Jordan emailed me stating I would get my full refund within 10 business days. On June 17th, Charmaine Anthony emailed to confirm I would be receiving a full refund as well, I have all of this documented. On June 20th, Rick Jordan texted me to tell me (after I called him asking for my money) I will now get ZERO money back and all they will offer me is service. I am yet to get that even in an email. I have demanded the email and I so far have nothing. Since June 20th, no one will respond to any of my texts or emails. I have notified VISA, they have opened an investigation (I purchased the service with my credit card). I have also contacted the police and they stated that this is a civil matter and cannot help me. I am out $1859.00 USD and I have nothing to show for it. Don't be ripped off like I was.
