G.H.S Media Avis

Super quick and efficient service, excellent quality items received. Very happy!

I needed to have an old pre-recorded cassette repaired: the tape had snapped and one end was inside the case. Within 10 days of my initial online enquiry, the tape was back with me, repaired, working as well as ever and the total bill was £15, including postage (in fact the charge was less than originally quoted - how often does that happen these days?). Communication was excellent throughout. George is a gem.

A very positive experience from start to finish. George was incredibly helpful and patient in his help before I placed the order. He communicated throughout to keep me updated with the progress. I hit a glitch with being able to read the usb which I supplied but he was, again, incredibly accommodating and provided a new set of files. A very personal service - thank you!

Had 3 Mini DVD tapes converted to digital. Excellent service, fast, smooth process, great quality. A dream to deal with. Highly recommended.

Friendly and professional. Will definitely use again:-)

Really good people to deal with. Prompt and answer queries quickly. Excellent service.

Quick and effective. I had some digital tapes from an old video camera and GHS Media were able to convert them to digital files that I was able to download from the cloud. They then mailed the tapes back (though I did not really need them -- worth asking if they do need to send them back?)

i recently had footage from old tapes transferred to cds an a promp and professional service .the staff were friendly and the cds were of good quality and suited to my hi fi. I would certainly recommend them.

Great service ,would not hesitate to use this service again.

had a number of cassettes, broken, twisted, in need of repair Very good timely service and repairs explained before proceeding, great advice given all round. Pleased with the repairs and happy to be able to play cassettes again. Would recommend and certainly use again the next time something needs repaired. Good value service.

Great service. Very helpful and knowledgable. Prompt delivery.

My elderly parents had a number of Cine films with no real recollection of what they held but we knew they were precious memories. George gave me confidence in his service and transferred these to USB sticks for us taking good care of these precious films. Needless to say we spent an emotional afternoon watching them. Sincere thanks to George for this service and will be returning with some VHS videos in the near future!

George transferred some old but important VHS based tape onto digital media for me. He was very helpful, communicated well and delivered on time and quality - all done at reasonable cost - I have no hesitation in recommending his services - excellent.

George at GHS provides an excellent service. Fantastic feedback during the process. A first class end product too. Highly recommended.

George transferred 10 microMV tapes, most over 15 years old, into MPEG4 files on USB. Absolutely 5 star service from start to finish. I posted mine in and received back in under a week. George called a couple of times to confirm status. With all of that the price is great... many out there charging double

* contact with the company via email and by telephone was professional, courteous and straight-forward
* any promises or commitments were fulfilled to the letter
* Product (namely 3 digital extracts from 40 year-old VHS sources) was delivered to a high standard quickly and without fuss.

Would use again.

What a great local company, its a pity that I cannot award more stars! George was very knowledgeable, the turnaround time was fantastic and the converted images from slides was excellent.
Thanks very much George!

Good turnaround, great communications and value for money conversion.

I have used this service on several occasions now and each time the service and resulting scanned images have been excellent. I plan to use the service again.

George is a Genius, Quite honestly we had so many of our family memories on vhs that had developed mould over the years that I was giving up hope , and then I found GHS media .The results have been astonishing as George has managed to rescue them, family xmas's, childrens school shows etc. They are now on DVD and able to watch and recapture the memories. Very professional and well done . if you have vhs that need rescuing this is the company to use. My daughter is sorting out some more so that we have lots of our memories back again. Thank you George
