Good customer service experience
Good customer service experience.
The lamp turned out to be far too bright for my space, and I had to return it. GiftBox made this pretty easy and was extra helpful when the courier was hard to organise.
The lamp was pretty. Not very sturdy, but what I expected at this price. If it had a dimmer, it might have been okay.

Hey guys, we received our pizza oven today. I just wanted to say that I was sceptical at first, but omg! All I can say is, if you’re into home made pizza that gets cook in one of these. Wow! Just Wow! Where Absolutely blown away by the quality & how quick it cooks. Your service is also outstanding & very quick. Anyway take care guys & enjoy Five gold stars!

Cut cords
I ordered two lamps from u guys. One is perfect! But the other the cord came cut in three pieces . I emailed with pictures and asked for another cord to be sent or a refund.

Easy to use website with decent deals
Easy to use website with decent deals, only thing I found annoying was when you sign up it can take a few hours to get your discount code for becoming a member.

They are very good company to deal with if there’s any problems they’re pretty well prompt and they are very friendly and they fix the problem up very quickly. I’ll be dealing with them for a long time to come.🦋

I love my new lava lamp.
Delivery only took a few days. Lamp was really well packed and easy to assemble. Mine is blue and yellow and it looks amazing.

Absolutely wonderful
Fast delivery, order correct, really lovely packaging, a beautiful gift, the card was way better than expected. Huge size, print quality beautiful, the photos i included weren't the best to begin with but have printed a little dark. Lighten your photos a little first if they are a bit dark. Its not the printing at fault i dont think, im very sure my photos were just bad lol. Overall, really happy with my order and will definitely be purchasing for others like birthdays etc. 100% recommend. The reason the photos i chose were dark is because the teenagers wouldn't cooperate and those were the only ones I had.
